Byte shut down right after I placed my order. I paid extra $1500 or something ridiculous for the guarantee so if I'm not happy I can get a new set of aligners. On my last tray and not happy, no way to contact them, no responses.... would like a full refund! Also never told my problem tooth wouldn't be turning which was whole reason of treatment!Byte

Similar to other experiences Ive read on here, Ive been in contact with Byte for the last 2.5 months via email to get my re-aligners made. I even waited until the Byte hold was lifted and business could resume. Alas, I still havent gotten any answers, and it seems they have cut communication once I asked for a partial refund or to get my molds asap. Throughout my experience Ive sent in multiple molds, numerous pictures, videos, and more. And after a ton of back and forth on email about what I wanted, I havent gotten any closer. (My teeth didnt match the final cgi image of what they said it would.) After all this, they said they needed me to get x rays done by a dentist. This is after Ive paid fully for aligners and more. They can reimburse me for an amount, but this is getting way past what I was told, like Im jumping through hoops. Im still waiting to hear back from them, as Im getting legal counsel to help settle this. I never have issues with companies and really was easy, wanting to like this.Byte

Haven't been able to get in contact with byte customer service. I have reached out several times only to be ignored. I have told them via email that my son's aligners are in my name father and that I can't provide anything that will match the letter they want signed by the dentist. My son hasn't received his next set of aligners and coming close to needing retainer. Which if my account don't get updated I will reach out to ****** customer service for partial refund as this didn't get 100% completed with promise goods. Paid in fullByte

For weeks this company has me in circles trying to get the additional product that was part of the program. They keep requesting more pictures, they give bot answers and have to start all over again almost to be stalling in time. They should have sent out retainers for top and aligners on bottom, yet they keep charging my cc. You cannot get a person on the phone , they lie and it's AI.The system keeps telling me a clinical support person needed and will circle back in 3-5 business days. Nobody is every contacting me back about the specifics , when they finally do they keep sending a form to sign off on for them to talk or discuss further treatment. I keep signing forms yet still nothing. When I call I stay on the phone for hours on end day after day nobody picks up (all documented). I leave a telephone number nobody calls back. It's on going over a months time. Company wont confirm or deny I will receive any product back ever. Big waste of time and money, hopefully no more damage to my daughter's mouth, her upper teeth are not correct according to the model they evaluated for the top in completion.Our dentist explained to us moving teeth in nighttime ONLY is very dangerous and shortness in the root of the teeth. That was not transparent that this could have happened I would have never opted to do night time only knowing. Dentist advised us to discontinue.Looking for a refund, have to reinvest in orthodontics now, they are not responsive.Byte

My bottom teeth never had issue and now they are turned into each other. I have asked them to send me new aligners to correct this issue, and they just keep asking me for pictures for over 6 months now.Byte

Cant get my second set of aligners. Ive had these same ones since October 6th. When I requested my second set, they asked some questions and for pictures. After Id answer theyd say okay. The app said ordered so Id wait 3-4 weeks and then send another email where theyd ask the same questions again but add 1-2 as if I had missed them in the past. I went through this process four times!! Finally, someone said thats all I need. Ill order your lower retainer and second set of top aligners. That was January 6th. Its been 20 days. It has been a very frustrating experience so I am going to post this message everywhere I can! If I could, Id definitely stop the process and ask for a refund to go with one of their competitors. Im not sure what I can do legally. I feel like Im never going to get my aligners and I paid over $3,000 for this quick process.Byte

Byte has failed to fulfill their contractual obligation. I purchased an impression kit and aligner system in May 2024, and while I received aligners for weeks 1 through 15, the remaining aligners for weeks 16 through 21 were never provided. Despite completing the initial treatment phase by September 2024, more than four months have passed without the necessary aligners, causing my teeth to revert to their original position. This lapse has resulted in a financial loss exceeding $2,000. It is unacceptable for a company to market and sell a service it ultimately fails to deliver.Byte

Byte has paused operations mid-treatment, will not provide an update, has no ability to promise continued long-term care, and will not provide a refund. I am in the middle of the process of requesting a refund, but Byte has requested that I get a letter from "my" dentist. I pointed out that, in providing orthodontic treatment and charging my credit card as "Byte Dental Practice", THEY HAVE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF BEING MY DENTIST and do not need a third-party dentist opinion. They simply want to keep my money until they declare bankruptcy. I have had to go back and forth to continue the potential process of getting a refund, with a final discussion where I will get a refund "in a few days after management review". The only logical step seems to contact your credit card company and the ***, as this is insanity.Byte

This response is crooked.Lastly I das told by a new Byte representative that they're being instructed to minimize returns and a refund I was promised was not processed. I started this process thinking it would be a simple easy process of fixing my teeth but this has been absolutely h*** I have not been able to finish my treatment because the company has not been able to send out the rest of my treatment plan because they have been shut down by the ***. I have reached out constantly to the company by calling and emailing them but nobody can help me with my problem. I have requested a refund but have been getting the run around. i paid almost 3000 for this service and have not received my paid for treatment plan. i even signed up for the byte guarantee which is good for 5 year. They have falsely advertised and lied to me. i really want my payment to be refund so I can receive better service. this company needs to be shut down completely.Byte
