    On August 31st I ordered a whole home filtration system from radiant life at the recommendation of my plumber. The order number was ****** and the cost was approximately $3500. The shipment arrived a few days later and I scheduled my plumber to come install it. He came to install it in 10-10-22. After about 3 hours into the job he brought me down to look at the system. He told me he couldnt install it and that there seemed to be multiple manufacturing defects and that I should contact to company to replace the filtration drum system. The drum system contains 4 main components: a black central drum, a black plastic base it sits in, an outer steel sheath, and a steel cap that fits on top of the sheath. The black plastic base is supposed to have the drum and the steel sheath both wedged inside of it. Apparently there is a small piece of foam between the steel sheath and the drum and this keeps the drum from moving around inside the sheath. The unit I received had the black drum wedged down into the black plastic base so tightly that they are unable to be separated. It is also oriented at an angle, maybe 15 degrees off of vertical. The steel sheath provided slides completely over the plastic base down to the floor. Either the base they used was undersized or the steel sheath they used was oversized or it was damaged in transit somehow. The end result is that the steel sheath and cap are not usable with the drum and the drum sits at an angle. I tried in vain to disassemble the base from the drum and shove the steel sheath into base. It is impossible. When I contacted the company to replace the damaged/problematic unit. They refused multiple times and offered to send me foam inserts to place inside the steel sheath. This is not a solution. The steel sheath cannot be properly assembled with what they sent me as it is not properly sized/manufactured and giving me foam to shove in there will not help. Please provide a replacement. I will ship this back.
