      To Whom It May Concern, I am filing a formal complaint against Suzuki USA regarding their unreasonable warranty policy and a known defect in my 2024 Suzuki ******* 800 (VIN: *****************, Model: DL800RQM4). I purchased this motorcycle in February 2024 with a one-year manufacturers warranty. On **April 17**, during a road trip to ******, **, the motorcycle began leaking coolant while riding at low speed (25 mph limit) near the beach. Upon inspection, I discovered a puncture hole in the radiator, followed by repeated overheating warnings, rendering the bike unsafe to ride. The nearest Suzuki dealership was over **500 miles away**. When I contacted Suzuki **************** on **April 18**, they insisted repairs could **only** be done at an authorized dealer and **refused to cover towing or transportation costs**despite the bike being undrivable. Towing fees would have exceeded **$600**, which was financially unfeasible for me. Left with no choice, I paid **$300** at a local repair shop to fix the leak so I could return home and resume work on time. This situation highlights Suzukis **unrealistic and unfair warranty terms**, as they effectively deny coverage to customers in remote areas. Furthermore, Ive found **numerous reports** (in both U.S. and international forums) of Suzuki motorcycles, including the ******* series, suffering radiator failures during prolonged low-speed ridingindicating a **known design flaw**. **I demand:** 1. Reimbursement for the **$300 repair cost** incurred due to Suzukis refusal to assist. 2. A **replacement OEM radiator**, as the current one is clearly prone to failure. 3. A revision of Suzukis warranty policy to include **towing coverage** or mobile repair options for stranded customers. This experience has severely damaged my trust in Suzukis commitment to its customers. I expect a prompt resolution and will escalate this matter further if necessary. ****
