    Technician never washed the vehicle and Washos refuses to refund our payment until they investigate, and we must give them video evidence. So, we were charged and it's up to us to fight it. No live support, no one answers the phone and 20 minutes for an online chat that just tells us to "prove it". This business seems to be a scam.
