      I purchased a vehicle from LKQ corp thousand palm. I was a former employee there, location has close.I purchased car 7/26/24 I paid $2693.75 after taxes. I was told by boss that they will handle all dmv paper work and that vehicle was not going to be salvaged do to car not entering yard. Days past and I never got title or registration. I contact boss and said he will look into it. Months pass and I dont receive anything tag expire and I couldnt move car. I contact HR about the situation and they said they will look into it. Boss got fired and **** district manager call me and said he will look into in and have ******* fix the paper work I needed. I was send home do to injury in October. Contact **** on November for an update and he said he will call to see whats was going on. ******* came and I didnt receive anything still. Contact **** again and he was like **** old boss had to give you paper work and I told him no all I had was a receipt of payment that was it. So he told me again he will look into it. April I received paper work for the truck. I fix truck and got it running. I went to *** and was told Paper work is not correct and nothing matches. I been contacting **** with no reply and HR tell me to call center just to ****** it and the number is there. I was told by *** the car will be salvage title and I have 3 option and they all that a long time and money to do. I need help. Company not helping me because Im injury and have a work comp case and they are retaliating again me not helping me with the situation. They took my money and never gave me title or bill of sale. I had told them numerous time I will just like to return car and get my money back and they told me no they cant do that.
