    These scammers called me about a month ago and said they were calling from my sons high school Wellington CPHS across the street from my home and that is was mandated that I give them my credit card for a ************************** 4 weeks to study and send me discs and a computer flash drive . They said it did not go through my credit card. Yet, they sent it to me any way. They said i had to send it back within a month. My son told me it was not from his school. I did get charged 2 months later. I had called one month prior to ask them how to send the materials back as my son said he was not putting the flash drive in his computer nor using any of the materials. No one called me back so I send it twice to the addressNEXT WAVE EDUCATION POBOX9399 *********************************** with $3.50-4.00 postage which they returned charging my credit card repeatedly .When i went online this is the exact address they have but they NEVER answer the calls and send back the material as a SCAM to charge people exorbitant charges for copies they have of discs and flashdrives that they lie to parents about

    On 3/5/25 "Aliah" rang from *************** form ************ & congratulated my son having registered for his SAT.I was told I would be sent study materials but would not be charged if the CDs (only) were returned w/i 30 days of receipt & should receive same w/i 5 business days.(see pink post it note)I sent all items CD/jump drive/enclosure letter & the package was returned as "address not known". I rang back to the number several times where the greeting identifies that number as *************** but never rec'd a return call also informed them that their actions were fraudulently given the actual *************** response to my inquiry.

    I was called unsolicited with my sons name and high school to offer ACT prep materials two weeks prior to the ACT test. The materials tookone week to get and the *** was blank. I was charged $249 and told I could get reimbursed if the materials were returned within 30days. I returned the materials and the package was sent backreturned to sender. I called the business and was told their mailbox had been vandalized and given a new address to return the materials.I did so and have still not gotten reimbursement over 2 wks later. When I have called, I was given many excuses and told no package received, a tracking number was demanded. I called back with the tracking number and still not gotten a reply.

    We were called by this company and was sent a package with a thumb drive to help students study for the SAT/ACT. The cost was $250, but was told it would not be charged unless we didn't return the thumb drive. As soon as we received the package, we immediately returned it because they DID actually charge our account. Now they will not refund our account and will not answer any phone calls.

    I was called and told my daughter had ordeed ACT testing study materials from this sham company, and they were calling me for payment. I offered payment on a ******** Vis card. I was told that we had 20 days to review material or return for refund. I then found out that not only did my daughter not order the material, but she was not taking the test for six months and the material was not neccessary. I called the two numbers I had for this scam artist, both were picked up by the same voicemal. Interesting to note, my daughter's name is ***** (with an "f"), and the caller actually had the correct spelling, adding credibility to his scam pitch. I subsequently paid additional $31.40 or overnight **** delivery to the sham PO Box, only to have the package of materials returned. The scam artist had simply vanished with his fake PO Box, voicemail service, and my money.

    I fell for the ACT/SAT scam. My daughter had just started an exam prep class at her school then I got a random call during the day from a local phone number- that number is disconnected when I try to call it back. They sounded so real. They knew my daughters name, our address, her high school. I was told they would send out the supportive study materials but needed my credit card for a hold of $249 until we returned the flash drive. We got the package a few days later and it didnt **** on me that this was a scam until I realized how AI generated the material was and who uses CDs and flash drives anymore? Guessing if I opened these items, the flash drive would hack my entire computer and the cds are blank. Also, they called me but my husband was the one who signed my daughter up for the prep class. I filed a complaint with my credit card company but that always is a long road before recovering $$. Especially since I have them my info. I would appreciate your help recovering my $ and stopping this scam from happening to others,
