      When I initially started the program, it caused an injury to my back. When I requested a refund they refused and said I could forfeit all my future sessions so I paid for nothing and was essentially scammed by this company. Buyer beware. They do not stand behind their product/services and will cheat you out of your money.

      We were able to speak with this member via email and have offered her a refund of the amount owed and addressed her concerns. The member responded and accepted our offer of a refund, and has thanked us for reaching out and addressing her concerns. We issued the refund via check, and the member expressed that once that check is received, she would adjust her review accordingly.

      I joined Perfect Workout on April 12, 2021. My first workout date was 4/12/2021 for 4 months and 2 sessions per week Paid $2,380.00 I renewed for an additional 4 months. I renewed again In August of same year.i renewed under Forest and later ***** in 2024. I am currently signed up for 4 months with ***** as my trainer in the Danville branch. On July 12, 2024 I fell and broke my back, hence I could not train. Perfect Workout has continued to charge my credit card $357.93 although I asked them to stop since I have been unable to work out for these past 4 months. I have called 3 times requesting that payment stop until I am cleared to return. I have received no calls from the company.I made an appt to return with ***** and Forest on Nov. 26, 2024 and Forest called 2 days prior to that date to cancel the appt stating that equipment needed to be re-calibrated for smooth movement, He scheduled me for this Tuesday Nov. 27 but did not show up. The studio was locked I called but there was no answer. I have not received call backs nor responses to my request to stop taking money from my account until I can return. You now have $1,431.72 of my money and I have not had a session since July 12, 2024. And return calls do not happen I have no scheduled session. I do not know if I will be able to continue sessions. Today was to be a try-out to see if I could continue, hence Forest was to join ***** in working with me. I appreciate your efforts to help me resolve this situation. Thank you.Thank you for your attention to this matter.****** ******
