      I've used my original readers for over a year and really love them. I ordered new ones in a different color and received super customer service when I emailed after ordering the wrong strength readers. Thinoptics is sending replacements of the correct strength and indicated I can donate the others.

      I spoke with **** this morning about resolving the fact that I had mistakenly bought a universal pod case instead of a regular case for thin optics glasses. **** was extremely helpful in directing me to the correct page to purchase glasses for the smaller pod case. She smoothly directed me through the website to the correct page of glasses. **** then proceeded to complete the purchase order for me in a pleasant manner. All was done with accuracy and speed.       Ive been a customer of ******************** for years and ** constantly recommending them to my friends. Recently my glasses broke. When I called I was told the warranty was for 6 months and Ive had my glasses for almost 7 months. Thinoptics still replaced my glasses for free. This is a good way to keep loyal customers and makes me want to recommend them even more.
