    Sept 11: he took over this project from his brother in law, took a second payment of $4000.Told me 2 weeks to complete the job. Stopped responding completely ..Sept 24rd- I got a message from ********* saying Hi ***. All the fencing is done. Were just working on the sliding gate and the double gateOct 4th - message from ********* after I asked for an update over and over Hi ***. Im sorry. were behind im trying to get everything done. ***** pilled up to much work were trying to catch up. Can I give you an update on Monday?Oct 7th- Monday came and I got no call for any update so I called both ***** and ********* for an update but no answer.Oct 14th: I kept calling until I got a response Oct 15th from ***** saying Start installing Thursday of next weekOct 24th - I texted asking What time will they be here? Nobody responded. I called them both. No response. I stayed home that day from work, but nobody came over.Oct 29th : ********* finally answered my phone and said ***** is making him do all the other jobs in Mission vijo and its too much and he keeps blaming him for being late but when I called *****, hes is saying its all a lie. He never told him to stop my work so they both badmouthing each other pointing fingers to why my gate and fence is still not done.Nov 1st, Im still asking for updates. No ones getting back to me and no one is giving me my money back Nov 7th : he me 2 more final weeks.Nov 25th : stopped responding again.

    ********* **** and ***** ******* came in September and took $ **** deposit for two gates, which supposed to be ready in 3-5 weeks. Since than I contacted them to over 20 times. They do not bring the gates or refund my money.
