    I am filing a formal complaint against a repossession/towing company that repossessed my car on 10/16/2024 while I was exactly 10 days late on a $299 payment that I tried making the payment but conveniently enough for the towing company and loan agency it was a Sunday after hours and they where closed so I couldnt until 10/17/2024. My loan company stated I had a 10-day ***** period and that the towing company was not authorized to make a new key or use the car.However, three days after repossession, I witnessed a mobile locksmith creating a key, and later saw repo personnel driving my vehicle, without my permission.This behavior was unauthorized, possibly illegal, and a violation of Californias repossession regulations. My lender confirmed they gave no permission for the key duplication or use of the vehicle.I am requesting an investigation into this company for unauthorized use of a repossessed vehicle, key duplication without consent, and possible consumer law violations.

    My vehicle was in a parking stall backed in. I seen tow truck driving around building, so I got into vehicle so they would not be able to tow my vehicle. They still pulled up and tried to tow vehicle with me inside it. I got out to confront them about it. They then tried to lift vehicle and pull forward hitting the pole next to my vehicle causing damage I have pictures of it and a video. I then begin trying to remove some of my belongings because these guys were trying everything they can to get vehicle away from me. After getting some belongings I got back in my vehicle police arrived and made me get out by saying I was going to go to jail if I didn't turn over vehicle. since when did police become judges. They didn't even have my vehicle hooked up before I first sat in vehicle it's illegal to tow a vehicle with driver sitting inside of it. It's also illegal for a police officer to get involved in situations like this it's civil matter. They tried taking off with my vehicle dropping it from the truck causing more damage. After getting my vehicle back from there tow yard I been trying to get a hold of someone to file a claim but everyone works together there. I even contacted the founder of Nations Recovery ***** **** ************ email ******************************************************* and sent him pictures and videos of them damaging my vehicle. He said that the damage was already there. They also dropped vehicle from trailer in the front left when it was raised and they were driving away. These guys are very unprofessional they were also trying to fight me so I would go to jail if I put my hands on them I think they should be investigated on how there illegally taking people vehicle and causing problems so the person would react and go to jail

    This incident occurred on 8/13/24, this business is unprofessional, rude & doesnt know how to handle customers. Tried to physically engage in a fight with my husband. They are illegally getting into peoples cars & removing their belongings when technically its still ones property until told otherwise. Tried to threatened us by saying the bank is his friend. He said he was the owner of the ********** had to respect him in his house like if this were a trap place when hes running a professional towing/repo company. They are working out of an old dispensary lot where again they have no manners & are treating ****************** like they are running around in the streets. This is unlike anything else Ive ever seen. Im 5 months pregnant & had to stand in between this grown man who claims to be the owner risking my *********** unborn childs safety. They need to be investigated. After all their 1 star ratings on yelp & considering how they only have 1/5 stars on the BBB. This unacceptable & dont know how theyre currently still in business. This place should be ashamed of themselves for the way they handle business.

    My car was repossessed, Nations recovery damaged the car and refused to take accountability for both damages. I've sent three emails so far and have not found a solution. I would like them to pay for both damages in order to resolve this matter.

    My lowered car was taken by a recovery place and when I received my car back there was stuff hanging from under Meath my car from the towing truck. They used a fork **** to tow it and when they did it hit my transmission and broke off a plastic part under my car along with the under carriage plastic that covers the wheel well and the splash guard for the oil pan. Theres a fresh gash on my ****** from then towing my car it needed a flatbed to be grabbed correctly. My hinges to my bumper were broken off due to the towing company Upon driving home my bumper fell off.. I have picture of before and after it was towed was nothing compared to where its now after getting it back
