      I had sent two Philippine boxes to the province in the ***********. I sent the boxes some time in February to arrive on or about April 11th, 2025. my wife and I carefully packed the two boxes with supplies we had collected for months for the relatives in *****. I left for the province from ******** ****** on April 5th and was waiting for the boxes when they actually arrived there. Noticed as we went live so many items were stolen or missing. I had pictures of some of the items that were stolen. I made 19 attempts email attempts to rectify the problems, but *** had made no real attempts at investigating, and it's been well over a month already rectify the stolen items Repeatedly they have told me we will have someone call you and then they refuse to. No phone calls have made it to my phone number. Some of the emails I sent already. I already filled out the complaint form and sent it

      I used *** to send 4 big packages to *********** on April 26, 2024. *** said it will take 2-3 months before my relatives will receive the packages. I found out that all four packages were lost during shipment. I called and talked to them. ******** ****** told me that I should receive a refund of $1,500 refund check (based on my receipts, that's the price that they owe me) by the end of September 2024. It's December now and I still have not received the promised check of $1,500 or any contact from ******** Oranted. I've been calling them to no avail.

      I am filing a formal complaint against LBC Express regarding their failure to deliver a package I entrusted to them. This experience has been both frustrating and deeply disappointing due to the lack of accountability and transparency on their part.On August 24, 2024, I shipped three balikbayan boxes through LBC Express to my father, ******** Guadayo, in ************, ***********. Two of these boxes were delivered to the correct address on November 11, 2024. However, the third box (Tracking #**********) has yet to be delivered.According to **** tracking system, the third box arrived at their ******* warehouse hub on November 9, 2024. Despite this, it has not been delivered to its intended recipient, nor have I received any meaningful updates from *** regarding its whereabouts.I have made numerous attempts to contact LBC Express to resolve this issue:Phone calls: I have called customer service multiple times, only to receive vague and repetitive responses such as It will be delivered the next day or We have emailed the warehouse but have not received a reply.Emails: I have emailed LBC, seeking an update, but my inquiries have gone unanswered.Facebook Messenger: I also reached out through their social media platform and have yet to receive any substantive response.This lack of communication and follow-through is unacceptable. The box in question contains important items for my family that were intended to arrive well before Christmas. This delay has caused unnecessary stress and frustration for both myself and my family.I am requesting that LBC Express immediately:1.Deliver the package to the intended recipient without further delay, OR 2.Provide a refund for the shipping fee and reimburse the value of the packages contents.Tracking Information:********** - Not Delivered ********** - Delivered 11/11 ********** - Delivered 11/11 Thank you for your time and assistance in addressing this matter.

      Box was tampered with. Some goods were stolen. They made a big hole and then covered it with tape.

      On Friday, 16 August 2024, I submitted the following to the Better Business Bureau's ************. The evidence mentioned below is extensive as it contains numerous pages in support of my claim. I seeking reimbursement for my loss, due to the unnecessary delays caused by the nonresponse. Dear *** or Madam, I am sending you this letter to ask for assistance in resolving a complaint as it relates to the ************************************ LBCexpress (LBC), based out of ******* *****. For months now, I have been trying without success to resolve the loss of individual property via phone calls, emails, and text messages with the primary point of contact (POC) for ******************** but all my efforts have gotten me nowhere. I have, in my possession, documented proof and acknowledgment from the ******* POC that the boxes I sent were indeed tampered with and that items were missing or taken. The evidence I have includes shipping documents with tracking numbers, item/s nomenclatures, video of the delivered boxed, prices, order numbers, shipping and delivery confirmation, photos, text messages, voice mails and, an admission from the ******* POC that my boxes were indeed tampered with. I have been trying to resolve this matter since February 2024 without success and without getting outside entity such as the Better Business Bureau or legal services involved, however, nothing I have tried has help to resolve the matter. I am prepared to provide you with all the documentation and evidence you will need to help me bring this to a fair and reasonable conclusion/resolution. If necessary, I am also willing to drive to your ************* with hard copies in hand of all the evidence listed above.       I would like to file a complaint and claim regarding my two boxes. Tracking numbers ********** and ********** Last update was March 25 which was more than two months ago.       Good day. I have scheduled a cargo box for pick up today, April 27, 2024 (between 2:00 pm & 5:00 pm). I scheduled the said pick up date 2-3 weeks ago with booking reference number: *******. I am based here in *******, ********. The LBC Express hotline I called was **************. I was waiting the whole day and even reached out to their hotline 6 times already, with no plan of action given, just a statement that theyll reach out to the driver. Its 9:30 pm here in ******** and no one has reached out to me. Im still waiting for any text message or phone call from them as Im writing this message. Im hoping this will reach out to the corporate office. I have cancelled all my scheduled appointments, just to block my schedule to them, and yet I was waiting for nothing, eventually. Thank you.

      My one and only ********** Box was supposedly guaranteed to arrive before Christmas, December 25, 2023. It was delivered on Jan. 9, 2024 which was too late. My family did not receive their Christmas presents timely as promised.The tracking number is **********. I did contact the company for a refund or some type of compensation. I called LBC at ************** on several occasions and emailed as directed. Why do they advertise and promise a delivery on time when they are not able too.

      This is the 13 XL BOXES that I shipped to *************** using LBC and my box was probably in the ******** warehouse in Bulacan since end of November and they failed to delivery it to my house so on December 20,2023, I told my fianc to go to the warehouse and retrieve my box. We were shocked to see the condition of my box. He opened it in the presence of LBC employee and shocking to see what was just left of my stuffs. I called LBC Philippines at that time and informed them about it and same process I have to do . Attached are the photos, videos, packaging lists and my complaint. TOTAL AMOUNT OF STOLEN ITEMS IS $1782.00 plus $100 for shipping fee because I have to re purchase the stuffs and ship it again .

      On August till October 2023, I used *** to ship all my 15 XL BOXES to *************** and after 2 months, my 10 XL boxes arrived and 5 boxes , lots of items were stolen. I contacted *** in *************** and informed them what happened and I was advised to file a written complaint and to attached all pictures and the packaging lists which I did on October 22,2023. After I filed my complaints, I was provided a ticket reference for all the 5 tracking numbers. The complaint handler from the *** Philippines contacted me and left me a voice message. She was saying that upon investigation, there were no discrepancies according to the delivery people but I immediately contacted her by email and told her that when the delivery people delivered my boxes, my receiver questioned them why the boxes were opened and they response to him wasit was opened in the US not them. My receiver told them that no way they are opening those boxes in the US because I used ********************** for many years and my boxes were never opened. The only reason I switched to *** at that time because they had a promotion of $170.00 for 2 XL BOXES for my province. And that was also the reason I shipped 15 XL plus I am retiring next year February ****. When the delivery people left in a hurry, my fianc called me thru video messenger and he showed me everything so I told him to take a pictures and once he opened them, we saw that a lot of items were stolen. I got my packaging lists copy so we went over to each boxes. On Nov. 9, 2023, complaint handler emailed me and asked me the final price of each stolen items and on Nov. 12, I gave her the final amount of $1848.00 plus $200 for shipping fee so I can purchase and ship those items again. There were no response and communications with the complaint handler after that and I gave her November 28 to pay up everything or I will file a complaint but on that day, she emailed me and she said that they will ask assistance to *** originating office which is here in Mipltas Calif. TOTAL amount they need to pay is $2048.00
