    ***** dispute for original claim C 20240429-1319 Dated 5/2/24 Purchase from H3233**34323231323631H Original Purchase date 4/11/2024 A dispute was opened on 5/2/24 with *****, regarding this purchase, we contacted the merchant via email and by phone requesting a ship date. The original ship date was to be 3 weeks from the order.We cancelled the order via email and phone calls and did not receive any return calls or messaging. On May 6, the merchant emailed us to drop the dispute, the exact request as follows:We have been notified by your bank regarding the dispute opened for your recent order.We understand that concerns may have arisen, prompting this action.We kindly request your consideration in dropping the dispute. It&#**;s important to note that refunds are typically held until a dispute is addressed and resolved, causing delays for both parties involved.Your cooperation in this matter would greatly assist in expediting the resolution process.Should you have any questions or require further assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out. To expedite the resolution process, we kindly request that you contact your bank to drop the dispute. Once the dispute has been withdrawn, please provide us with the confirmation paperwork from your bank indicating that the dispute has been closed.Based on all the information we have read about the merchant, we did not feel comfortable dropping the dispute, as we felt we would never have recourse against this merchant.On 6/4/24, ***** rebilled our account for the original purchase based on the merchants comments. It has now been 58 days since the purchase was made, we have received no information from the Merchant.How convenient for the merchant to push the H3335363837323432**36H date out to a point that any disputed claims can not be made after 6o days.This merchant has a scam site, and ***** is now refusing to stand up for us.

    I purchased flooring from Super Arbor on 5/24/2022 which ended up being delivered from the local *********** I returned 7 boxes, which Super Arbor pickup up on 9/2/2022. I was due a refund of $54.76 per box minus a 20% restocking fee and $50 delivery. I still have not receive this payment and Ive been going back and forth with Super Arbor for a year and half now. I have all of this in writing via emails. The order number was *****.

    I purchased a tool box from their company at a lower price than what I could find anywhere else and after paying for the product I received notice the product was on back order and an offer to send a different item. I opted to wait for the original. After 2 months I talked to customer service and canceled the order. I have called upwards of 10 times and spoke to 1 person all but one time. I am sure this is a scam. Just some person setting at home fielding the calls. Only once has it been a different person. I get the same response every time. " We will send your request to the fulfillment center". Once I threatened legal action, there was a bogus refund email. There has never been a credit to the credit card or a check sent out.I believe from what I have read that the company deals in mostly discontinued items so they can claim no refunds on discontinued items. I did not see that on the item I purchased at the time but have since noticed that Home Depo/Husky tools has discontinued the item. Its a perfect scam. Sell items you know you cant get because they are discontinued and claim there isn't refunds on discontinued items.

    On February 3, 2024, I placed an order for flooring. Order AR726998. The company stated the flooring was discontinued and they could fulfill the order. I'ved tried continuously to get a refund and they never provide my request refund. They often do not reply or reply with a general response.

    I ordered a Bathroom Vanity to 2/12/24 they told me it should be shipped by 2/26/24, but I still havent gotten a confirmation that it was sent, I called about 4 times and they didnt respond back.

    I placed an order with this company over a year ago and have been trying to get a refund for the last 12 months.I have emailed and even spoken to someone on the phone who assured me my refund would happen in **** business days. It has been months and I have not heard back nor received my refund.

    We are redoing the flooring thru our whole house, we wanted flooring that matched what we already had, so I did a bunch of searching and finally found what I was looking for. Here's my timeline:August: Ordered over $3,000 worth of flooring October: knew it would take a bit, so gave them some time, when I went to check on my order the link I had didn't work. I contacted them, they sent me a new link and said it would be about 2-3 weeks.November: contacted them for an update, was told what I ordered had been "revamped" and they gave me the new look. I asked them just to refund me the money as I needed to figure out what way we wanted to go, was told okay, that it would be 5-7 days.Waited 2 weeks, contacted them again, no response AND the links to my order no longer worked again. Waited another week contacted them again and still no response. It's been a month now with no response and the email I was using to converse with them no longer works.Credit card is now dealing with them.They do exist, see attached website, they just change things just enough so that your original links no longer work, the last "change" was going from .com to .io.AND! They blocked me on ******** when I gave a bad review....

    I placed an order on 11/11/23.41 in. 16-Drawer Tool Chest and Cabinet Set, paid ****** via credit card. I have only had 1 email response stating it would be shipped in 2weeks, this was 11/17/23. It is now 11/28/23 and I have had no communication with them. I have emailed them every other day in hope of a response. I honestly just want my money back.

    On 4/27/23 I placed an order on the website provided but requested cancellation after finding out the the timeframe of delivery. ******** stated that I could just declined the package at the time of delivery since purchase was processed. Item was delivered with someone else name but with my address and was left on the front door without a notice. Since it was a large package I wasnt sure how I was going to return it back, it didnt fit on my vehicle. I noticed there where labels from ********** and information about the order and how to return it back. I called and I was able to arrange a picked up on 5/11. I advised merchant by Email that it was picked up and was told that when it was received at the warehouse a refund was going to be processed.I did not hear back from merchant and decided to open a dispute with my credit card Discover. As of this date, this merchant has been telling the credit card company that the item was a final sale and that it couldnt be refunded when they agreed for me to send it back. Credit card company advised for me to file a claim with the business practice bureau since the merchant keeps declining to proceed or agree to refund the money. All the proofs were submitted of ****** communications and receipts of returned item. I tried to communicate with this merchant and I still havent receive a response for a resolution.I really need your help, Im a single mother with a lot of bills to pay. Its not fair for these type of businesses to be operating this way. Taking peoples money and not accepting their responsibility. I feel this business is scam. They order products from a major store then act as a third party company not taking responsibility of what happens next after they charge the customers. They steal the products and peoples money. Please do something about, it will be greatly appreciated.

    We ordered online a Vented Propane Heater from Spring Arbor back in Aug 2023.They looked legit and I had called them to ask questions regarding delivery. The order took place in August ***** #*******. I called them, chatted with them online regarding delivery and have the following email strings of communication:11/2/23: We hope this email finds you well. We wanted to provide you with an update regarding your recent order.Unfortunately, we regret to inform you that there has been a delay in the delivery. The updated ETA for your order is between November 7 and November 15. We understand that this delay might be frustrating and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.Rest assured, our team is working diligently to ensure your order is delivered to you between those dates.Oct 30, 2023, Checking to see if this order will be delivered today as scheduled.I am assuming it will be here today, since it was ordered in Sep and charged to our credit card.Please give us a status Oct 26, 2023, Anytime now until the 30th.Super Arbor Team Oct 25, 2023, Will we be receiving our order by Oct 30th? I want to assure you that your order has been successfully processed and is currently on its way to you. However, I wanted to let you know that we don't have a tracking number available for this particular delivery. we use a truck delivery service for this type of shipment.this method of delivery unfortunately doesn't provide us with a tracking number.our delivery team is doing their best to ensure that your order reaches you in a timely manner.
