I ordered a Cabinet on may 9, 2023 from this site, and after about 2 weeks i started emailing them about my shipping status. They wouldn't respond for a couple of days and once they finally got back to me the company failed to give me an accurate delivery date, stating my product would arrive between June 5-9th. It never arrived. On Monday, June 12, I emailed them and they told me I needed to pay an extra $129 for the product I ordered and that it would not ship unless I paid the amount, I asked multiple times why they were raising the price for shipping if I had already, at check out, submitted the payment information, including shipping information. I asked them if they could waive that fee since they had originally told me that the product was arriving the previous week, they said they couldn't because the weight capacity was exceeded for their product. they failed to respond to anymore of my emails and didn't answer my calls. i emailed them yesterday about canceling my order, since it was ridiculous terms and the cabinet would not arrive on time for the job start. The facility that they state they are based out of looks sketchy and there is no signs on the exterior suggesting that's where the company is.Initial Complaint

Dear Sirs, I would like to confirm my rights as a consumer regarding an online order placed with Super Arbor on their web site www.superarbor.io. It was for a **** Bilt garden tractor in the amount of ***** on 4/20/2023.They don't respond very well to questions via their phone 'hot line' but have gotten back to me regularly and reasonably via email. When I had no email notification of my item being shipped, I questioned them for a status. I learned that the item was delayed due to unforeseen supply change problems. I pressed again for a shipping estimated date (my grass is out of control and my tractor died). They came back with a notice of a 6-8 week delay. When I asked whether that was just until they got the product or if that included their shipping to me as well, they didn't want to tie it down to a certain date. So I pressed again and finally, over a month after my order date, they replied on May 23 "We received an update from our vendor that the item you ordered of ****-Bilt Super Bronco XP 46 in. 679 cc V-Twin Engine Hydrostatic Drive ******************* Riding Lawn Tractor W/Mow in Reverse - 2023 model ETA is 8/11 - 8/18 (subject to change), and the current price is $***** (subject to change). That was an increased delay time all the way into August now, and on top of that, the price went from my order as advertised price of ***** to *****. That's a ***** increase! When I asked them if that were even legal, they replied "We are a marketplace, and the price is only determined by the vendor; the price can change depending on the vendor."I have notified the ********** Attorney General's Public ************ with the above infor and see quite a few scam/complaint postings online. But the BBB didn't even have this company in their database, so I used their online form with the best information I could supply about it.I want my complaint registered with the BBB for others to see. I ordered my flooring some time ago, but was always told that I would get it. On 10/18, I purchased (7) Smartcore 2.7-in x 94-in Linden Pine Stair Nosing. I was warned that it would take 2-7 weeks to ship orders, which is understood. On 12/15 I received an email that it would be running late and wouldn't be in until the end of January. Then on 1/17, they told me it would be March 3-7 On March 24, I emailed asking on a status update. I never heard back and on 5/2 I requested another status updated. Finally. I emailed stating to cancel the order on 5/6. I was told the refund would take **** business days. On 5/23, I emailed asking for an update. I was told they were still working on it. As of today, 6/15, I have still not received the refund and now they have stopped emailing me.Initial Complaint

I ordered flooring in December 2022. Emailed company in Jan.2023 asking for tracking/delivery info. Told it would arrive the 2nd or 3rd week of Feb.2023. Never arrived. Emailed in March 2023, told it was still coming but backordered until April. Never arrived. Emailed in April 2023, asking for a refund. Just keep getting automated email responses. Called the company and put on hold, then message came on saying they couldn't take my call but to leave a message. My order #****** was paid back in December and I never received anything. If you want to receive flooring that is damaged, missing planks and horrible customer service then by all mean buy from them. I placed an order LAST YEAR in November, I didnt get my order until the next year after TWICE THE PRODUCT CAME DAMAGED. The first time *** reported my order damaged in transit so I had to wait for a replacement that they gave me a run around for until finally resending. The second time I finally got the order while I was at home and I had to use my lunch to rush home and get the order. The order was broken panks, chipped and some of the planks was missing. I reported the issue and was told I would get a refund cause this is the second time this happened. They the request to send the order back so schedule a pick up. I have residency and work so I leave home at 5am and mostly dont come home will really late. I tried to schedule a pick up and they kept giving me a window. So I left the order outside in my apartment hallway, unfortunately the pick up guy couldnt get in because the apartment building is locked and they refused entry. So I asked can we set a time because I would have to give it directly but I cant do a window they told me to leave it outside for pick up before I left in the morning . I did exactly as they ask and later I got a call from a pick up person saying they order wasnt outside. Which I told them was a horrible idea to leave it outside for pickup and if I did I didnt want to be responsible for any issues that could possibly happen.I waited for my refund and they told me because they didnt get the damaged planks I was not getting a refund. In December 2022 I ordered some flooring from Super Arbor. After a few weeks they stated that the shipment would be delayed and I was fine with that because I was going in for surgery. The in May 2023, the company stated that they could not provide the flooring that I was requesting and a refund would be processed with-in 7 to 10 business days. Here we are now in June and no refund. How can I get my $965 back without going to court? Delivery was estimated at the end of February 2023.01/18/2023 - I turned down the alternate flooring and opted to wait for the original 03/31/2023 - I had not received my order or any correspondence from the company. I sent an email, requesting a full refund. Order flooring through Super Arbor in January 2023 and was told my order will be running late until late March. It is now 5/4 and after various emails to the company the order is still delayed, and they are refusing to give me a refund.
