I ordered a tool box from super arbor back in January, 1 2023, I paid $***** in payments for this tool box and never received the tool box after 2-7 weeks. I sent emails stating what is going on, when will my tool box be shipped out to me. After several days around February 5th of ************************************************* to pay $400 dollars more for shipping when on my receipt i already paid $100 extra for shipping to cover that expense I did not know I had to pay $400 more to ************** to me I thought thats why I paid the $100 extra in the beginning when I bought the box. I then emailed them saying I wanted to cancel my order and get my refund of ***** dollars back because I didnt feel comfortable paying more after I already paid that much plus the 100 dollars for shipping. They emailed me saying someone will get back to me 2-3 days about my refund, nobody ever got back to me from super arbor I tried calling customer support and nobody would answer. I kept sending emails and kept calling and no one would get back to me its April of 2023 now and I still havent been refunded the $***** dollars I paid the company super arbor for the tool box which I also never received after so many attempts of trying to email them they sent me an email saying they are flagging my email for sending them so many emails. They havent responded to me they havent given me my refund and I never received my tool box I personally feel like Ive been robbed, scammed from this company and all Im asking is for my refund back they have done nothing to resolve my problem and it seems like they added more then what was agreed upon when I purchased the tool box. I placed an order on 11/21/2022 for a Pit Boss ********* Pellet grill. The told me that I would receive it in a few weeks, then a few more weeks, then a month and then they told me they didn't know when it would be delivered. I have tried to contact them since to just cancel the order and they will not respond by email or I can't get ahold of anyone by phone. I have went through my credit card to dispute it but the first time they told them that they were trying to get the item shipped and then the second time they claim the item has been delivered. I have not seen this item delivered. I have requested a tracking number but haven't gotten anywhere with this. I need some help getting my money back please.Initial Complaint

I made a purchase online with Super Arbor on December 20, 2021 for a light fixture for $309.97. I waited for months for the item to finally ship and every time I reached out (via email as I did not find a phone number originally to call for customer service) I was told it is delayed and was given a later date for the item to be shipped. Finally in September of 2022 I was told that the item is not going to be available and asked if I would like to cancel the order. I told them yes and was told it would be canceled in 3-5 business days. I never heard back and never received a refund. I finally emailed again in January 2023 and never received a response. I ended up finding a phone number and finally spoke to **** on March 13, 2023. He told me the order had not been canceled yet for some unknown reason but he was processing the canceled order and it will take a couple of weeks for that to process and then a refund would be issued. I called back one more time in a couple of weeks and was told it is still being processed but I should receive a refund. It is now April and I tried calling this morning and the number will not go through. I am very upset and frustrated at this point. Please call me if you need more information. I ordered flooring through Super Arbor on September 5th of 2022. I was told that it would ship in late October. October came and went with no delivery. I contacted them and was told it was back ordered, and would arrive in December. In December I was told that it would be ******** then February and finally in March they said they couldn't get it and offered a lesser quality alternative. I asked for a refund instead. I have not heard from them since, and they will not return emails or phone calls. They took my money but won't send me my order.Business Response

We believe the customer's complaint is valid and we have already escalated this concern to get the customer's order refunded. However, it must be noted that all discontinued and discounted item sales are final and cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded after the order confirmation email notification is sent. All canceled orders will have a 20% cancellation fee, with no exceptions. The customer was aware and agreed as part of the Terms & Conditions upon checkout when he/she purchased the items. We, however, understand the customer's frustrations and would like to ask for your consideration to let ** resolve this complaint in our favor and allow ** to resolve any other issue(s) the customer may have directly with them.Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because:I fulfilled my end of the contract. I ordered the materials, and submitted my payment. However the seller is unwilling to or unable to fulfill their end of the contract. I wanted the material that I ordered. My only reason for canceling is because they cannot get them. Therefore I don't feel that the 20% cancelation fee is acceptable.

Ordered flooring on website on 1/29/23. When received the invoice on 2/4/23, it was almost $8 more per box! Website said I would get updates via email, yet flooring just showed up unannounced & with no shipping paperwork (& one of the boxes was open & missing 2 pcs of flooring). Emailed customer service as the * moulding was not with the rest of the order. Received an auto reply with a link to track my order. Clicked link & there was no usable information! No E*A for the * moulding (just says unfulfilled). On 2/13 they apologized for the 2 missing pcs but did not give any further information on the * moulding. After repeated inquiries, we finally received a respong on 3/1 stating our * moulding was no longer available & asked if we would like a replacement or refund. I replied on 3/2 requesting a refund. I sent an inquiry about the refund on 3/13 as I had not heard anything. On 3/16 I receive a reply to my 3/2 email stating it would take **** business days for the refund to process. As of 4/9, I still have not received my refund nor have I received any responses to my inquiries regarding the refund. *he * moulding cost $83.96 plus tax and shipping. On Feb 18, 2023 I paid $483.03 for LVP flooring and was told it would take 4-6 weeks to be delivered. On Mar 13, I called to check the status of my order and they said it would not be shipped until the end of Apr. I told them I wanted to cancel my order and I emailed them to cancel my order. On Mar 15, I received an email saying it would take **** business days to process my cancellation. I contacted them again on Mar 30 demanding they issue an immediate refund, and they responded on Mar 31 that they followed up my refund request to their team and will send an email confirmation. On Aug.1, 2022, I ordered a Craftsman M140 lawn mower for $318.99. Within 48 hrs. they withdrew the funds from my account. After 100s of phone calls/emails, I still have not received my ordered item. On Jan 7, 2023 I received a phone call and email stating they had cancelled my order, was told I would receive my refund within ***** business days. A secondary address for Super Arbor is in *********, ** *****. I ordered from Super Arbor from the internet on Tue, Dec 6, 2022 at 5:58 PM. ORDER #******. I purchased wood laminate flooring for $146.91 USD. they said 5-6 weeks for delivery. I contacted them again on . Fri, Jan 20. they said another 5-6 weeks. On Fri, Feb 3, they contacted me by email and said it would cost another $299 USD to deliver my flooring. on feb 5 I replied the following:I am sorry. I can not afford the shipping charges. will you please refund the initial payment that I made. please put the refund on the card that I made the payment with,thank you,**************************************I also wrote to them on Feb14 and 16 but received no reply... Finally on Fri, Feb 24 I was contacted by ****. she said my refund would be processed. I haven't heard from them since and they don't respond or answer the phone. My order number is *******. Purchased a cabinet. Found one elsewhere for less. Tried to cancel my order called twice getting a foreign voice. Said they would forward my cancel request to one of there hubs. No response. My debit card has a hold on funds. No charge yet but company customer service was fishy. They state they are Bbb Acredited. I looked it up and found all these complaints. I want my order canceled. No shipment time listed and they say shipment now could take months.
