      We dropped off our iPad on Sunday 1/21/24 for a cracked screen. When we picked it up the screen had a black line flashing through it horizontally, the home button was pushed under the glass and charging port didnt work. I took it back 1/26/24 they fixed only the home button and then once I got it home and charged it there was a black line vertically on the glass that didnt go away. The line comes directly above the home button. The iPad was dead when I picked it up so he said shame on me for picking it up like that. The iPad had no issues other than cracked screen when we dropped it off. This was at the ********, ** location. Also for the charger port we were quoted 125,90 and 80 to fix it. No consistency with prices. I am upset that our iPad is in worse condition than it was when dropped it off.
