I paid over $2,000 for the Certified Phlebotomy Technician course that included vouchers for a CPR class and the *** Phlebotomy Exam through my local community college. I would NEVER recommend Ed2Go to ANYONE. The course material is all over the place, a lot of the lessons are either poorly translated or written by AI. The supplies sent are NOT sufficient for learning phlebotomy, and I didn't even receive a sharps container. The practice arm that I received was obviously used and stained. Most of the quizzes and midterms/final exams contain multiple questions that cannot be answered by the course material OR the provided textbook (I went back and confirmed this after taking my final. There had been several questions that I missed that when I went back to check, I COULD NOT find the answers to ANYWHERE.). The course does not provide an opportunity to achieve the 30 successful blood draws and 10 successful capillary punctures needed to take the phlebotomy Exam, and the 'included' externship is actually the responsibility of the student to set up, with the advisor requiring a resume and cover letter after the fact. The advisors also either don't read the emails they receive all the way, or they have automated responses because they never actually answer the questions you have. I would leave 0 stars if I could.

Stay away. I paid around $ 3800 for a web development course through community college, and they started off well by sending me 8 to 9 books, but they ran out of steam midway because they didn't have professors available 24/7 to help with errors. We have to wait up to 24 hours for any kind of solution, and we end up stuck. They sent me links to videos that were horrible. Ultimately, I gave up.Waste of money....

Ed2Go is an absolute scam. If you call for technical support no one is ever available and even when you leave a voicemail you wont get a callback. This is not a college level educational experience. Their education materials are insufficient and advisors arent helpful. If you ask for help they will wait for days to respond and send canned response e-mails. You cannot withdraw/drop from their program after 10 days.

Please do not enroll in any courses with this company. I went to the ************** site and was routed to Ed2go. They are marketing as an instructor led course. Once I paid $1995.00 I had to ask for access via email. What they mean by instructor led is they give you an email orders at **********************, NO ONE REPLIED. They mail you some books and you go at it. I was under the impression it was instructor led is the only reason I signed up. I've spent from 3/10/25-3/28/25 and still no answers except I've missed the "drop" timeframe for a refund even though I have numerous emails. Please find another reputable course and school to take the Income Tax class. I am also reporting to *** as a scam.

Very disappointed!! I would not sign up again. I got the digital marketing class bundle and the resources are from like *********. It is now 2025 so the information is super old! I tried to get my money back for the other 2 course and they don't do any partial refunds so I was told to just let the other 2 courses run their time. What a waste!!! Don't sign up!

Currently halfway through my medical billing and coding course with ed2go through my local technical institute and I'm being provided with all the information needed to thoroughly understand billing and coding and be prepared to sit for my CPC exam. I saw a bad review stating they weren't placed into a job or externship upon completion, but nowhere in my program was that stated. It is still your responsibility to perfect your resume and find a job after you've completed the course and become certified.

Hello, everyone. Thank you for your reviews. I will definitely not be spending my money on this school. For those of you wondering why they are accredited, it's because they paid $500 to the BBB to obtain their accreditation. It seems like this could be a scam as well. I encourage you to consider filing a class action lawsuit against this fraudulent school.

I signed up for the Medical Coding and Billing program in November of 2024. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was not able to participate in the program anymore and requested to drop the course. I was sent the student policy, which said that I had 10 days from signing up to drop the course and not get a refund. When I brought up these concerns, I was immediately denied and they ceased any communication with me. So, I ended up getting legal representation which pointed out their unfair practices of Lack of Reasonable Accommodation, Unconscionability of Policy and Failure to Engage in Good Faith *********** I was told by the company to simply not log into the program anymore. I sent a follow up email requesting a refund and was met with an unprofessional response ceasing all communication to get this resolved. Overall, I am requesting a refund and if I am not able to, I will be pursuing further legal action. A company should not be able to keep $2,900 of any student's money whose circumstances change and they can no longer participate.

I don't understand how BBB has an A+ rating for this bureau . They trap students into their. Sub standard courses and their 10 day audit and refund policy is totally insufficient. Students PLEASE stay away and save your money
