Its a scam! Paid $3000 for a 370 hour course in Medical Coding and Billing only to not receive job placement or externship opportunities as their program stated. They are partnering with universities promising things they dont deliver on. No career advisement or resume building. Ive reached out twice and they dont respond- just take your money and run. Im highly disappointed with the ********************** for even partnering with this company, leaving students stuck in a financial crisis unable to obtain employment, like their website advertises.

This organization is nothing but misleading. I signed up for a Pharmacy Technician course through them. Before I signed up, an advisor told me specifically that the program was approved in my state. I started the course and got halfway done when the materials informed me to check again if the program was accepted in my state. When I did a deep dive into this, I found out that it is not. Now, the organization is refusing to refund me for the program. In addition, the salespeople are extremely pushy and misleading. They will do anything just to get you to sign up. I cant believe my local, reputable college would partner with them.

Same situation here. I do not recommend this company. It is bait and switch at its best. They say instructor lead but they do not define what that means to them...which is they are available for questions and that's it. If you message an advisor they send you to the "instructor", and if you message the instructor, they say message advisor. They give nothing!!!!!

Paid nearly $200 for a course that gave such general information that I cannot really say I felt like I learned anything actually worth my dollars spent. When I received the certificate of completion from the course I took, it looks illegitimate because of how they print the "institution" name (if it can even be rightfully considered that) at the top and it honestly looks like something just anyone can print off the internet, slap their name on it through adobe or photoshop, and call it good. I tried reaching out to the online support and they were less than helpful in not even checking to see what my actual issue was and gave a very deterring and general email response. I doubt anything will even be addressed but it's incredibly infuriating to pay for a course and then have your boss tell you that your certificate doesn't look very legitimate due to their stupid name logo stamped at the top in mismatched font and sizing. RIDICULOUS. DO NOT recommend.

Im disputing this school because the lack of the curriculum and program they advertise that their program is six months long, which it is not a six months course, which is way too expensive for the lack of course curriculum, and I am dissatisfied with the program and I want a full refund. Also they failed to provide information on a refund policy which I was never informed of upon enrollment and I never signed an agreement stating is was aware of the refund policy. Ed2go claims that Im ****************************************************************************** also I never signed a contract and theres no evidence that I received the refund points there for their refund policy is invalid and I am eligible for a full refund due to the lack of information and documentation of a contract of agreement myself and this institution.

Im writing a review on ed2go, and I have to say, they are the worst. Do not waste your money. I wish I had read reviews before signing up. Initially, they were in touch, but that only lasted within the first 10 days. Once that period passed, they completely stopped communicating because they know you cant request a refund anymore. Ive messaged them multiple times and havent heard back. The only time they replied promptly was within that 10-day window to make it seem like everything was running smoothly.I messaged my teacher about the lab kit because I still havent received it. I started the class on August 2nd and reached out on August 22nd. She replied on August 23rd, telling me the lab kits are on back order. Her suggestion was to skip the lab lessons and continue with the rest of the program, and then complete the labs once the kit arrives. This is unacceptable. How am I supposed to pass without the necessary materials? This course is terrible. I feel like Im not learning anything valuable. The only part of the course that seems to work is the simulations; those actually help me retain information. But beyond that, what they provide for studying is useless. Its incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Theyre taking peoples money and clearly dont care about delivering quality. This is the worst program Ive ever encountered. Please, do not waste your money on this.

I have concerns about my experience with ed2go's online course. The level of support and instruction did not meet my expectations for adult continuing education. When I attempted to cancel the course due to these issues, I was informed that cancellation was not possible. This course was funded through my workers' compensation claim, and I feel the inability to cancel or receive a refund places an unfair burden on me. I believe there should be more flexibility in their cancellation policy, especially when the course is not meeting a student's educational needs. I would appreciate a review of this policy and a reconsideration of my cancellation request.

I would give it a zero if that was ab option. I started the program in December 2023. My son was shot and killed *** 16th 2024. I let them know of my situation as soon as I was able to wrap my head around life, about two weeks later. I still have not been able to get my life back to "normal".. And at this time, dealing with courts and trials there was no way I could continue. They offered to assistance in what I could do and no refund. So, I have to keep paying for this course that won't be able to receive a certificate/degree. Please don't enroll and if you do I hope you don't have a life changing event in your life that will hinder your course.

I took a course bundle with ed2go, through Cyanna or Cengage starting in 2020 that was supposed to prepare me for my Comptia A+, Network +, and Security + exams. The quality of the course I was paying for I learned was very poor to the level I felt I had been scammed. There was no way that the material provided would prepare me to take and pass any of the comptia exams. There was no interaction with an instructor, the quizes were on material that was not present on ed2go's own class exam. The class exam contained material that I had not encountered previously in their course. Not to mention the exam for their class was about 90 questions, but at the 40 question mark the questions started repeating so it was actually half as many questions. I spent nearly 5 thousand dollars on this course for the poorest quality material I have ever seen. I then emailed my facilitator and requested a refund for the class only to be told that I could only request a refund within 10 days. As someone who works full time and had to study when I had the time available, there was no way I was going to be able to successfully audit this class in 10 days and determine its quality. Instead, the actual solution provided to me by a representative of Cyanna or Ed2go (they made accountability incredibly confusing) was to literally go look at study questions OUTSIDE the class. After being stonewalled with no chance of a refund I requested my vouchers that were supposed to be included with the class only to be informed that I had to complete the class or they wouldn't give me my vouchers to take the CompTIA exam. So I was forced to waste my time and finish the class just to get the vouchers that I had already paid for. I feel I was thoroughly taken advantage of by ed2go with unfair business practices.
