    Torrance Fuels, Inc. (** Business ID: CXXXXXXX) operates a fueling station that purports to supply diesel fuel at a bargain price. This pricing and apparent availability is shown clearly with pricing signage along the main road in front of the establishment ********* ******* There are four fueling pumps that purport to have diesel available. Over the past year, this availability has been falsely advertised since the 4 pumping stations are out of order on many visit attempts. The manager at the station repeatedly claims that the pumps are frequently out of order, but these pumps have never been found to be in order when visited. The agent and president of this establishment is named **** ********** This establishment needs to be inspected (and fined as appropriate) for failure of maintaining the 4 pumps that are frequently out of order, and the false claims regarding diesel fuel availability need to be nullified by removing the public signage making these claims.

    Hi, my name is *************************** I am writing this letter In regard to station pumps not working. We recently put in new dispensers at our location. We have Apple Pay at the dispenser pump for payment with brand new hoses and nozzles. I have personally checked all pumps and they are all functioning correctly.
