      They sold me a car part that was damaged and that was packed incorrectly. Leaving a useless peice of plastic. Zero integrity in there services

      The service from Car Parts is terrible. They promise the parts will arrive by a specific date, but they dont show up until at least a week later. When you check for updates, they send tracking information with a generic apology for the delay. To make matters worse, if you request a refund, it takes three weeks to process. This experience has been extremely frustrating.

      I ordered fog lamp bezels for my 2013 Charger. I only needed the driver side but I thought no problem I get them both. CarParts.com sent me 2 passenger side bezels. I spoke to a young man through chat and ordered the drivers side bezel and when it arrived it was the passenger side again. I called customer service and explained what happened. I gave the young lady the part # and she told me that was the drivers side #. I told her to send me the other part # then. When the package arrived it had the passenger side bezel again. Doesn't somebody check these orders before they go out? I since ordered a bezel from ************ and received the correct part.

      The price of my part was an excellent deal, however, when it didn't show up when I was told it would be here, I called the company to inquire. I was told by the associate that it was sent out in the 22nd. It wasn't! ***** never received the package until the 27th. A label was created, then it seems it was forgotten. Unacceptable!Five star price for the right price. 3 stars for customer service.

      The coil packs worked, but the boxes looked like they were kicked all the way from *******. Two of the boxes were destroyed in the package and the grease was missing. There was no packing around the product, to protect it.

      Carparts.com is my "go to" site for my Mercedes parts. I love the "perfect fit" option so I can rest assured the part I receive will fit my car. They also have great customer service and really great prices better than Autozone or Advance Auto Parts. I will continue to use them for the foreseeable future and highly recommend as your "go to" auto parts supplier. *** I was not paid to make this review. I honestly love their service and prices.

      Last week, I found CarParts.com because Id searched online for new tail light installation. I discovered they had a program where you purchase the light from them and then you could pay to have one of their partners install the product. I could see on the website the names of partner auto shops and how much installation would cost, so I moved forward with my order. However, in the ordering process, there was never an option for installation, so I emailed the CarParts.com for support. I have not received a response. Then I called, and I was told by customer service that they no longer have installation partnerships. I explained that if I knew this was the case, I wouldnt have ordered. No support was provided. I recommended that CarParts remove the installation page from the website. Its still up. ************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** Now, Im having a challenge finding a facility that will install a product not purchased from their own source.I feel like this is a bait and switch. Im very disappointed with the service.

      Absolutely awful customer service! I bought two new headlights for my **** Q5, and Carparts said they fitted my car. However, when my mechanic went to install them, they were the wrong parts, and I couldn't return them! I was assured they were the right part for my car. Buyer beware!!! It was over $600 that I could not return.
