They sent the wrong rotors and brake pads rotors came first then the brake pads so I had to order some from a different company I started a return they sent the label I was expecting a full refund but apparently they charged me for shipping on a wrong product it is absolutely disgustingCarParts.com, Inc.

I ordered some fenders for my truck, but when my order was finally delivered, it was dropped off at the wrong location. When I reached out for assistance, I was told that they couldn't do anything because I hadn't purchased the protection plan. It would be a different situation if the delivery had been made to the correct location and then got lost, but that didn't happen; they simply delivered it to the wrong place!CarParts.com, Inc.

I bought 2 side mirror replacements from them. I tend to knock them off getting out of my garage at least once a year. Their prices are the best compared to ****** and the like. Faster delivery than expected, box comes intact, the mirrors are great! Very glad I found them!CarParts.com, Inc.
