      It takes to long to get parts delivered, you need a parts house in the eastern part of the country ,other than that it was easy to order the parts, price was good, just have to wait and see if parts was worth the price thanks ****

      Ordered 3 parts from this company had no problem with the first 2. 3rd part was a power steering pump and instead I got a headlight writing all over front of box says auto lamp. Their promise is right part guarantee. But they give you nothing to compensate you getting the wrong one wanted me to wait 7 days for my money back and had tons of excuses including saying it was no longer in stock yet on their website available. Then said they couldnt guarantee expedited shipping despite my inconvenience and their error and full of excuses.

      This company will try to keep your money anyway possible. I've been fighting for my refund for almost 2 months now. They lie and say they didn't receive your return and then when you prove they did they claim it was not the correct item. Very poor customer service I would avoid at all cost. Their return policy isnt honored.

      If i could I wouldnt give them a star. **************** *****. It was my 1st time ordering. I received the parts but my vehicle is in to bad of shape for me to swap and shop uses their own company for parts. I sent the parts back i ordered. Note i never even opened the delivery boxes. I was told i would receive my refund in 5 business days and i wont receive the shipment price. Over 2 weeks go past. Me and customer service going back to back and they saying the same things over and over. I finally received 1 payment. I asked about the other and they said its still being processed. But it has been over 2 weeks, so i say if i dont receive my refund i will have a lawyer file a lawsuit. Now all of a sudden they trying to say they didnt receive the 2nd set of parts. I send proof and their response is now well you only sent us 1 of the parts. I said i sent what yall sent me, i never opened the box. I then said the screenshot says you received both boxes the same day, the same time and was signed by the same person. When i sent them back both was heavy as the other. 4 more days go past and now all of a sudden they found the 2nd box and they have all 4 parts out of nowhere. It took me threatening to file a lawsuit a few days in a row to all of a sudden get right. I just received my 2nd refund 1 day after 3 weeks of them having the parts. I wouldnt suggest nobody use this company at all. I will never use this company again.

      The WORST customer service I have ever dealt with. I ordered brake and rotors kits for my car on this website on 03/29/23. Get the parts in 6 boxes total, go to have them put on, they're the wrong parts. It happens, I understand. In their return policy, it states that returns must be in original box for refund credit. Get on the website to request a refund and they only give me 1 return label for 6 boxes. So I argued with them for 2 days that I will need SIX labels for SIX original boxes. Finally get that solved and send the boxes back. The parts were received per my tracking numbers to their warehouse on 04/13/23 at 13:16, yet here I am going on almost 3 weeks later still fighting with them daily for them to issue my refund. I keep being told to "extend my patience" and that they are still "following up." Their website states that I would receive a credit within 7 business days of the warehouse receiving the parts. I don't understand, they have their parts per the tracking number, give me my $313 refund!
