      I purchased a door hinge for my jeep. In the ad it states guaranteed to fit. I called several time to speak with a representative. Same que and hold time each time. After multiple attem?** and on hold for q hour finally a rep answer. I explaoned to them the product did not fit correctly and causes damage to my jeep. I have pictures. The product causes my door to close on my quarter panel. Catching it and cause a massive dent and scatches. I can not open or close me door without it catchng the panel, causing it to bend in and out. It caused paint loss/scratches on top of a dent. To top it off im not able to use the door woth out causing damage. The representative told me sorry. The product code could be wrong. That the damage is labor. Not covered and sorry. I wanted a supervisor and they told me no one was available at the time I would recieve a call back. Suprise, no call back. Now I have a damage vehicle that doesn't work.

      The tailight assembly for my Kia ***** was a perfect fit, price was half the charge the dealship quoted,harness was fine and it came with halogen lamps- shipping was 3 days from *******- very satisfied!!!!!AW

      100% the WORST online shopping experience I've encountered since the invention of online shopping. While I'm sure outsourcing customer service overseas delivers a wonderful benefit to the shareholders, the lack of integration, and ability to "get stuff done" leaves the customer experience sorely lacking. It took me 26 days, numerous phone calls, and 4 trips to ***** to solve a problem carparts.com should have been able to resolve in 10 minutes

      After the same part I bought on ****** and was promised in 3-4 days )- NEVER showed up, I got on-line (now 12 days later), & ordered the same part from carparts.com and elected to pay a very reasonable 'express-shipping fee' and the part not only showed up, they sent me updates! Everything went very smooth with Customer servbice person '*******' as he was great! Will definitely be using carparts.com from now on!! If I could give them 10 stars- I would! Will definitely recommend to everyone I know.

      Bought set of Bushwacker extend-a-fender flares for my second generation dodge Ram and installed rears first and fit perfectly fronts extend into door over an inch. Contacted customer support and they will not accept only the front but will not accept they rears if they have been modified. Their website said they fit but they do not. Apparently I am stuck with a $230 POS that does me no good. Be careful when ordering a set as you might get stuck with something the will not fit. Will not be doing anymore business with them. Good luck to all. By the way ********** also says they fit my truck. Fender at narrowest is 2-1/2 fender flare measures over 3-1/2 which makes it extend into door.

      Excellent customer service. I ordered a couple of ********************** and wound up not needing one. I spoke with customer service on two different occasions and they were wonderful. Returned the part and refunded my money quickly!
