      Talked with ****** today and she was very professional and courteous. We had a problem with the carrier delivering my order to wrong address. The carrier had terrible customer service and ****** at ********************** done everything in her power to make everything right. She refunded my shipping cost and I received a discount, good till end of year. She will investigate the carrier and find out their problem. Again ****** was fantastic to work with even after the homeowner where package was delivered made a special trip to bring me my order. I will shop with CarParts .com again. They seem to care about their customers.

      My parts were not received and they blatantly told me that it was not their problem, but my loss however after stating they could file for a refund but then going back on their word by saying it was pointless because the parts may have been stolen

We sincerely apologize but we won't be able to pursue a lost claim with ***** for your missing shipments because they have a proof of delivery that your package was delivered.       I have gone back and forth with this company for weeks on in. I was supposed to be sent 5 parts for my truck but only received 3 after multiple delays. After reaching out to the company and delivering I got a message saying that the address is incorrect or doesn't exists After 3 times turned in to 3 weeks and still nothing. Therefore, I contacted Carparts.com who apologized and issued a replacement part to be sent. However, after looking for the tracking info, I called the company and was notified that the rep. that I talked to never filed the replacement. Again, I had to speak to someone else who ended up filing the replacement part order for me. Days came and went and I never received that package either. After checking the tracking information, the same issue arose. I called Carparts.com and told them to inform ***** that they could hold the package and I would just come to pick it up. The representative told me that she would send an email with info when it was available and after checking today, the package was, indeed, sent back to Carparts.com. I am completely done and feel as though I wasted my time and money!!! I will contact my bank and advise anyone against ordering from this fraud company.

      In response to a review I posted, customer service contacted me with a course of action to remedy the problem (replace a defective part). I promptly received replacements. Sorry to say they had the same manufacture defect. I applied for an RMA and immediately received emails that kept me informed and provided the necessary resources for me to return all defective parts and receive a full refund. My experience with Carparts Customer Advocate Team, the ************************* website, and especially in this case the return policy and procedures has been very positive. I will continue to use this site for future needs.
