    My encounter with management was that of bullying and harassment. I patronized this facility to cash a state check that I had already cashed in times past. I was harassed about why I received the check, and what was it for, and called a liar when I said it was personal. After asking me this question and being answered the same three times she looked at me and said "Do you understand what I am asking you" as if I had dementia or down syndrome. I responded "yes, and I have already told you 3 times personally" Her comment to me was "So you are trying to tell me that the state of California just sends you personal checks" I replied yes! Then she asked me "why didn't I cash it sooner." I told Heaven which is her name, "As long as I cash it before it expires it doesn't matter why I am cashing it now" Heaven was rude and belittling in her demeanor. I wasn't borrowing money, I was paying to cash a state check. She needs training!
