    I would not have even given this company / organization even one star but did so in order to proceed to my complaint outlined below as follows: I rented two moving containers from this unscrupulous company, and had them both unloaded and notified them of their being empty and being ready to be picked up prior to the end of my monthly rental fee and being charged for yet another month. They, for whatever reason, (although I can certainly and obviously guess why), chose not to pick them up and instead claimed (and continue to claim) that I owe yet ANOTHER month rental fee because...well, I stiil really do not know why other than bilking more money out of their 'dumb' customers like they obviously consider me. The woman with whom I spoke at the Uhaul out of ***** and/or **********, CA decided to hang up on me while I was trying to argue my point that the containers were empty and had been emptied for days (as I had previously told them), and that I had notified them of that fact, and that they were ready for them to pick up days before I should have been charged for another month's rental fee. They chose not to pick them up and instead, chose to charge me for ANOTHER MONTH to boot! THAT IS NOT RIGHT FOR THEM TO DO TO AN HONEST, PAYING CUSTOMER!I'm so mad at ******************** for their improper and illegal practice, charging customers like me, 100% completely unjustly. I highly recommend that anyone needing a storage container or storage facility to consider ANY OTHER COMPANY THAN UHAUL unless they want to be over-charged and then very rudely hung up on when you try to rectify the unjust billing for a product that a cash paying and patriotic consumer such as myself, no longer needed and was no longer being used. In summary, 'they' (Uhaul ****************) are not an honest company and do not have their customer's best interests as part of their business plan/ business model, in my very humble opinion.
