    On September 9th, 2023, we contracted ***************************** from Arcwest to design architectural structural plans for a second story, outdoor deck for my clients. We paid Arcwest $1,500 as a deposit on the $5,500 contract agreement. To dateArcwest has yet to submit nor provide the final designs for this project. The client is extremely dissatisfied with our company based on the delays experienced working with Acrwest. We and the client have contacted Arcwest on multiple occasions seeking clarity or resolution. After months and months and months of delays from ******************** (cataract surgery, appendix removal, etc.) we are not confident this will ever be completed as promised. To end our professional relationship, all parties (Client/Creekside Pro Construction/Arcwest) verbally and mutually agreed to sign a contract releasing Creekside Pro Construction of any further liabilities or affiliation with the deck project. ******************** at Arcwest also stated he would return $500 to Creekside to cover our losses due to their incompetence of providing the designs in a reasonable time. Client states though he is extremely frustrated, he does not want to start over with a new engineer due to time constraints and the amount of time and work already dedicated to the project. He has agreed to work directly with Arcwest moving forward. Arwest is now refusing to sign the agreement releasing Creekside Pro Construction until he and the client make their own separate agreement. He has said this for several weeks now, and simply is not doing what he says hes going to do. We are extremely frustrated with the lack of work ethics and professionalism of ******************** at Arcwest. It has been over 10 months since he signed the agreement, and we only get excuses and unfulfilled promises. This is directly affecting my business reputation and would like some assistance in resolving the issue.
