    I have been working with ***************** at Valencia Plastics since the fall of 2015. I originally contacted this company to produce injection molds for some of my parts. I spent $28,500 for our initial molds and have had a couple of orders for production of those parts since then. My relationship relationship with **** (other than a couple of temp office staff members, he seems to be the only one working there) has been ***** from the start, but I could not afford to start over with another company. In August of 2022, I contacted him to make some modifications to my molds to make some of the parts work better. I was invoiced for these changes on 8/22/22 and wired the full amount due of $10,500 (as required by **** to begin work) on 8/23/22. Per the invoice, the "ship date" (completion date) should have been 9/26/22. The modifications were never completed and after many excuses, dodged calls, ignored emails, and many months of waiting with no end in sight, **** finally offered a refund and to send me the molds in response to having made no progress and still no updated timeframe, on 1/5/23. He is now holding my refund hostage in exchange for removal of my negative reviews, release of all legal liability, and agreement to not post further negative comments. I refuse to sign anything to this effect and have not heard anything from him since 2/6/23 nor received any type of refund. I have now filed complaints with the ********** of ***************** ****** of the ******** General, left negative reviews on Yelp and ****** (updated with screenshots), and may consider further legal action is my money is not refunded.
