    I signed a distribution contract with ******************* and his company SME joined with ********* Universal. I was told by my manager at the time bmikerobent that the total cost due at signing was $5,500 so that is what i paid. Later I inquired about why I paid so much to have my music uploaded through the distribution when it only cost $20 a year to do it on my own. ***** most informed me that he only charged $500 for the distribution contract and that the information could not leave the room. I then requested my receipt for the contract from bmikerob and he couldn't produce it and went back and forth asking me why I wanted it. I told him that I spoke with ******************* and was told the contract was not $5,500 and was only $500. Approximately 2 to 3 days later I went to upload my music that was took down from my previous distributor and SME (*******************) had closed my portal and removed my music video they had uploaded. Sense then I've tried to reach out to ******************* and have had no success with being able to get in contact with him. He has not rendered any of the services that I paid for in my distribution contract. I would like to be refunded the $5,500 that I paid for the contract and the money I have lost since my portal has been closed.

    Good afternoon ******************************,

    I'm in receipt of the complaint that was issued on behalf of ********************* aka **************. His deal was between his manager ******** and *************************, in which they had an agreement for shows, radio promotion video shoots etc. To my understanding $5,500.00 was paid out for those services. Our services were requested by ******** to distribute through Ingrooves Universal, We serviced Movin Mazerati song LiTQuid to 260 DSP's Around the world Spotify, Apple, SoundCloud, Tidal etc. Our records show that ************************* song was serviced March 7, 2023 and was removed from all DSP's  September 1st 2023 due to non payment for marketing.  

    This issue is between ******** who received the payment and ********************* who paid ******** directly. 

    ********************************** please remove Strategic Media Entertainment / ******************* from this complaint please.
