      I renovated my condo beginning in Jan 2021. I made several purchases of *** Air ********** ******** from Discount ******** Floors & Molding at its *************************************** (They have multiple locations in downtown **** The initial purchase (1.08.2021) was for the engineered wood, adhesive glue, cork underpayment, baseboards, totally approximately $12,970.23. There was an adjustment to the price for ********* the next day. I also purchased steps(treads) for the 26 stairs in my house and paid extra to have them stained by the company. *********** This was an additional $5018.53. There were a few additional purchase as we needed more materials (baseboards) to complete the job. This product has a 30 year warranty. About 1 year after installation, planks throughout the house began to deteriorate, the wood darkened, grooves developed, it was as if the wood was never properly sealed. I read about how to properly treat & clean the product in the Bel Air website & followed the instructions. The wood is now in bad shape (1.5 years later). I will either have to remove all of it, part of it or else re-stained & seal with a wood installation expert. This has cost me a lot of time, aggravation & money. I contacted the company repeatedly, they sent out an inspector who dismissed my claims, stating I wasn't taking care of the wood and it was moisture related. This is simply not true. I looked this company up in Yelp and it turns out this has happened repeatedly and they do nothing about it. I am seeking some kind of ******************** for what it will cost me to fix this problem. The proper fix would be to honor the warranty & fully reimburse me. I'm earnestly trying to find a solution but this company has denied responsibility, blame shifted to me & does not stand by the warranty on their product. I want to correct this, bring it to your attention, and also, so it doesn't happen to other consumers. - ****** *******
