    Being sent to collections isn’t a fun thing but it does help a lot when the company/debt collector are actually very friendly people to talk to! Every time I’ve talked with someone from Century Credit they’ve always been so nice! Very understanding and empathetic to peoples situations and they really do try to help you get out of collections. I know it’s their jobs to do this stuff but it has just made it so nice to have people there actually helping me a long in this process. If I’ve ever had to miss a payment or reschedule one they've never once made me feel bad and like I said are very understanding about peoples situations. I want to shout out Jeanette! (I think that’s how you spell it) she’s one that I’ve gotten to talk to a lot during this and is just so sweet and kind to talk to and is very encouraging about helping me get out of collections. Like I said being in collections isn’t fun but I’m glad my debt I’m working on paying off was sent here with such nice people.
