Pattern of Complaints
On April 11th and again on April 18, 2019 BBB contacted this company regarding a pattern of complaint allegations wherein complainants have informed BBB that representatives of this company had contacted them about alleged old debts and threatened legal action if they don't pay. The company did not reply to BBB's request for steps the company may take to eliminate the basic cause of the pattern of complaints.

In April of 2019 BBB initiated an investigating of this business. Multiple consumers have recently filed complaints including allegations that this company is contacting them in an attempt to collect old debts and threatens consumers with possible legal action. According to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), a debt collector has to send you a written “validation notice” within five days of first contacting you. BBB advises consumers to request this notice from the collector and do not communicate with them further until after it has been received. During the course of the investigation, BBB determined that the business is not actually located in Ventura, California and may be operating out of a private mail box business in Claremont, California. The company has not registered their ficticious business name with County of Ventura. BBB urges consumers to use extreme caution if they are contacted by this company.
