As of May 29, 2024, the BBB has concluded its investigation. The findings indicate persistent problems within Elite Rooter's operations, prompting the BBB to advise consumers to exercise caution when engaging with this company. Customers are encouraged to report any further issues to the BBB to ensure ongoing monitoring and protection of consumer rights.
