    DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE. *************** is a rude jerk. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. We bought tile from him for our bathroom and the guy came out and installed it. When he was done, we found that several of the tiles were lifted and we would hit our feet on it when walking in the bathroom. Also, the chunks of grout all over the floor and some of the grout had come off the tile. We called *** back and let him know of the problem. He sent the guy back and only told him about the grout, not about the tile lifting on the floor. So, when the guy came out, he was only able to clean off the grout. The guy did come back again and replaced about 4 tiles that were lifted. However, the next day we saw 1 tile with dark grout that looked like it did not dry correctly. We pushed on the tile and it was coming up and making a crunching noise like there was not enough glue on the tile. Well, we told *** and thats when the problem started. His first response was to scream at us and said that we can never be satisfied and he was done with us. Yes, we are not satisfied with the tile coming up. He just kept yelling at us and tried to blame us. My wife tried to calm him down to explain the problem and then he started yelling at my wife. WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS OWNER YELLS AT A WOMEN. He said he would not fix the problem and he gave us $500 of the price so we can get someone else to fix it. So here we are spending thousands of dollars for tile and now we have to find a tile guy to fix his crappy job. We should've just gone with *********** I cant imagine a store manager ******* at a customer over them doing a bad job.
