    Don't to business with this company. I have only received 1/2 my order and in was not complete. They don't respond to emails and just a recording when you call

    No product yet. Nothing but excuses I finally got a tracking number but the post office only indicates label created it's been over a week since ordered. They promise quick shipping and notification of product being shipped. They don't do any.

    This company and it's offers are total **!!! They don't have the products they advertise at these great discounts. What they do is get your money for these products they don't have, and then don't issue refunds as the email they send indicates. I've been waiting 3+ weeks for my refund!!! Don't waste your time or money on this stuff. After the first email informing you that you are entitled to a refund you won't hear anything else from them.

    At least the previous review got a customer service representative to respond. I can't even get anything more than an OOO message. Ordered knives on Dec17. According to their FAQ, the products should ship on the Dec19. On Dec21, I sent a message asking when my tracking information will be sent over. I receive a form letter saying they are on Christmas break Dec21 , and I will be contacted by support on Dec27, after 8:00AM EST. After no reply, I sent a followup email at EOD Dec27, and again on Dec28. No response. I try their 800 phone number on their website, digital message only, no way to get a human, or leave a message.
    After 8 business days, why can't I even get a tracker...or a response? they certainly were able to process my credit card on the 17th.
    I will follow up here if they contact me in any way.
