    7/14/22 wrote ck.for $450. 7/25 painting began. 7/28 painting ends. Paid balance of $4200 by check. 7/29 called Al to complain about lack of quality. 8/1/22 Al came back to look at my house. He put his face right up to the outside surface of the house and said that he didn't see anything wrong but that he wasn't wearing his glasses. I had him look at it from another angle and he claimed that the lack of eveness and uniformity was due to the texture of my house. I disagreed because my house's previous color was not affected by it's texture. He then told me he send someone back to my house in about 3 weeks to take care of the problem. It's been over a month and I have not heard from him by phone nor has anyone come over to finish the job. I paid $4650 for a quality painting of my house and did not receive the quality I paid for. This remains unresolved.I live in a seniors mobile home park and once a year they inspect all the houses and lots and then they send out a form saying what improvements need to be made. When that happens, they will say that I need to paint my house, and I just paid this guy $4650 to paint my house!
