I am a new customer and ordered a bunch of socks around 2/1/24.I have was really happy with my purchases until the other day I wore a pair of Elle tech grip socks and realized they are very tight and uncomfortable after being washed. I followed the sizing chart provided by the company when ordering. The Elle tech grip is the only style I am have had this problem with and it did not become so obviously uncomfortable until after they were washed (I followed washing instructions and did not put any of my socks in the dryer). I ordered 3 pairs of Elles in the tech grip. I am not sure it is just that fabric that is tighter or if it's the style or a combination of the two factors. I also ordered the tech grip low-rise and those are very comfortable but did not order the Elle in regular cotton. I would really like to try a larger size to see if the Elle style can still work for me, as I do like everything else about them. These socks are just too expensive to have such a wild variation of the same size, without addressing it. Again, I have only had an issue with 1 style out of the 5 different styles I ordered. I don't think it is asking too much for the company to address this. However, I have not received ANY response from multiple emails sent. It seems like the messages just go into a black whole where no one even reads them. What is the point of providing an email address to customers if no one responds?? If this is how the company does business then I will not buy their products again. It should not require filing a formal complaint for them to stand behind their product.

On 3/22/2024, I placed an order #C31068105 on www.toesox.com. I purchased 13 grip socks, 5 of size medium for my boyfriend, and 8 of size small for myself. The total amount I paid is $96.16. Because of free shipping bar is at $75, I intentionally picked more than needed for my boyfriend, whereas actually what I actually wanted is size small for myself. A couple days later I was notified that 7 out of 8 socks with size small got canceled, which was what I originally wanted. The rest items were more add-ons such that I could get free shipping. So the actually amount I paid was $39.23. I first contacted customer service to see if I can add more items to the same order so I can get what I need, and they said I cant do it once the order is submitted. Now with most of the items I actually need got canceled, Ill need to place another order, and the items I wanted dont quite meet the free shipping bar. I contacted customer service and let them know that their website is not showing the right information on soldout items, and I spent hours picking the items I wanted but ended up not getting most of them and having to pay shipping fee for another order if I still want them. The customer service felt sorry but refused to provide any solution to me, even not free shipping on the next order. I'm being tricked by the false information provided on the website (the item got canceled still shows as available on the website, which is already 4 days after I made my purchase). I feel my time is wasted on this merchant and I did not get the stuff or resolution that I want. I want the website to realize that my time should be valued by showing the right information on their webpage, and provide some resolution when this is the merchant's fault that I didn't get the items I ordered.
