    RUN! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. If I could give a review less than a one star, I would give the lowest score possible. This place is a complete joke, unprofessional, they wont get back to you, they wont give you your money back on a return and they have a phone number that doesnt work now. They had an uneducated person take my order and told me I needed to buy a glass front and logs for my fireplace. I spent $800 on it and when I got the product, the fireplace already came with it. I contacted them and said I need to send back the $800 in product because I didnt need to buy it, because it already came with it. They did send me a return label which I then spent over $50 in packaging materials to send it back. Now, their phone is disconnected, I have sent numerous emails with no reply. Im telling you right now do not order from this company. Absolutely horrible experience, the worst by far! Now I am out $800!!! What a joke! As soon as Im done writing this review, ** calling my credit card company to see if I can file a complaint against them!!!

    I think this company went out of business. They ran off with my money and all phone lines are down and they do not respond to emails. Their online webpage chat support feature also does notthing. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

    Placed a large order and was told that it would take a week. No response to my emails and currently their phone systems have been disconnected.
