    Attic Bright installed a 5 unit mini split HVAC system in my house. The installers did not patch the holes in my roof properly, and the business has not responded to my phone calls, or taken any action. I have sent them a demand letter, and am preparing to file suit against them.The work was done with a written 3 year warranty on labor, and 5 years on parts. This work was done just under a year ago, as of writing this.Please find attached the final invoice, paid in full.

    Hello, unfortunately business is not operational we are not in business. This specific issue is not our issue. We pass all inspections. I recommend that client will contact roofer to fix the issue. We are not doing patch on holes as part of our work all of our past clients needed to take care of this we come to install the unites and thats it. 

    if we had crew we would send people but giving the fact we are not working and we dont have employees we cant help.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    You all did, or subcontracted work that resulted in damage to my home. It is your responsibility, per the 3 year warranty provided and documented in your paperwork to fix it. If you choose not to rectify this on your own, I will have it repaired, and *** you for the cost of the repair, all costs for damage as a result of the leak, as well as the cost of my time spent pursuing this matter.

    We had contract with Attic Bright to install a brand new HVAC system in ** home.- First start date of the project: - We made 2 payments, 7/22/2022 $8,335, 8/31/2022 $6,835 - Attic Bright can not complete the job.- We called the city inspector and confirmed this will not pass the inspection. Filter is missing. Fire hazard, no service clearance.- Wrong cover installed on the floor. Several vent installed not straight as shown in the picture - ************* post payment has been extremely challenging. Over 2 months, we called, texted, left voice mails, emailed multiple times. In return, we get more promises and missed appointments with no end in sight. We let Attic Bright have chance after chance, but it's becoming clear Attic Bright does not want to take responsibility.- Now we have pending permit that we need to deal with additional cost. We want to get the money back so that we can fix the issues.

    Our schedule shifted quite a bit due to the extreme weather. 

    Multiple damages and emergencies occurred due to the recent storms. We are in the process of recovery and would love to schedule an appointment with our HVAC technician to remediate the situation ASAP. 

    If you can you can reach us at ************ and we will schedule the appointment with you over the phone. Otherwise we can reach out to you as well. We are currently scheduling for next Wednesday and on.
