    this info is about Amazon.com wesite Date- November 17th 2023 Amount- $17.99 commited to deliver a package but was damaged on arrival nature is Amazon is asking for personal infomation like my ID to process my refund, asking me so many questions and not giving me my refund, i already summited my ID to verify and they verifired it, they said after 3 days to message them back to get refund, now they are asking me more person info by uploading my name to get my refund, i was already stupid enough to upload my ID, but i just want my refund for the damage item and they are not giving me it back, the item also delivered a day late of the regular delivery date, they are asking so many obscur questions about personal infomation and i dont feel comfortible on uploading anymore infomation to them, i just want my refund, can you help me thanks they are refusing to help me for my refund asking so many weird and out of line quiestions about personal infomation and ID and name ORDER # ***-4257932-9769013
