    On ******* **** *** **** I purchased mailbox services from Central Coast Pack and Ship, LLC (a Commercial Mail Receiving Agent) for a term from ********* to ********** I paid a total of ******* in advance for the entire term. I was assigned mailbox number *** and provided a key to the mailbox. Shortly after, I began receiving mail items as expected and retrieved them from my assigned mailbox.

    On ******* **** *** 2022 a **************************** priority mail package was delivered. I went to retrieve it that same afternoon. A staff member retrieved an obviously opened package and explained the owner of the business, ******* *************** did not recognize my name associated to my assigned mailbox number and therefore opened the package. Then, I witnessed the employee reach into my opened package, retrieve some of the contents, and examine them before handing it to me. I am still attempting to ascertain if any contents were stolen.

    I consulted a supervisor at the local post office and showed her the package. She informed me that because it was properly addressed with my full, legal name and assigned box number, the deliberate actions of ******* and her staff constitute crimes reportable to the*********************************

    Considering the severity of the ******* ********* and criminal ******* of ******* and her staff, no reasonable person may have the expectation private mail items will not be ************ ******* or ****** in the *******

    I propose that Central Coast Pack and Ship issue a full refund in the amount of ******** that I return the mailbox key, and all mail receiving services be terminated.

    Both the written response to this complaint and a voice message received contain admission to a crime. The perpetrators suggest they keep victim's money and that the victim continues to do business with them.
