    I went to *** to mail two packages, one of which was worth $200 and later got lost. On 9/29, the *** employee took both packages, physically handling them, and gave me a receipt. The customer I was sending the $200 package to never received the package. I did not realize until later that the receipt did not include the tracking number for the $200 package; the receipt only had proof that I sent one package. Ive reached out to ***, both their customer service and lost claims line, and theyve been unhelpful. I have asked for video camera footage of me entering the store and handing over both packages, but they refuse to look into it and help me. I'm attaching the pre-paid label that was on my $200 package, and should have been scanned.

    I am sorry that the package was lost in transit. Unfortunately, loss in transit does happen for all carriers.  Fortunately, it does look like the company you purchased the label with did honor your claim.

    Hi this is still open. A claim was issued to the shipper (GOAT) however they are unable to help me as I do not have a receipt. I was not provided a receipt but there should be evidence that I dropped off the package.
