    I booked an accomodation on *********** by the name of "Delightful Hollywood Condo with Pool and Balcony. a few days prior to my stay I noticed that the place received a really bad review regarding the cleanliness of the place so I contacted the host asking if that review was legit and if I should be worried. They assured me that the review doesn't hold the truth and the place is clean. Upon arrival I sadly realized and the cleanliness of the apartment didn't meet minimum hygiene requirements and it was not suitable or healthy to stay there. Just full on dirt on the floor, stains on the bed and bed sheets and on the wall, as well as mold everywhere. The overall smell of the place was just disgusting. The sofa looked like it was picked up from a junkyard, the kitchen hasn't been cleaned in a really long time and there was a cockroach in the bathroom. I've taken photos of the place as proof, I'll attach those. Because of all of this we decided we cannot stay there, the apartment was just not suitable for that. About 15 minutes after our check in we left an informed the host that we won't be staying at the place due to it being disgusting and I asked for an immediate full refund as we didn't get what we paid for, we got a disgusting hole that was unfit for staying there. The host failed to find us a solution and to help out with offering an alternative option for our accomodation instead they tried to convince us to stay there. which again was a disgusting dirty apartment. After days of exchanging messages with the host and *********** customer service they offered a ****** refund which I find unacceptable as I paid *******usd for this booking. I require a full refund as I was scammed out of my money and had to look for another accommodation which cost me a lot of extra money, time and hassle. the reservation period was: ***** January 2025 amount paid: ******* USD *********** confirmation number: **********
