      I made three purchases with Jym Supplement Science website in the month of February. The dates, amounts, and order #'s are below. After I made the purchases, they immediately canceled them. I emailed them to find out why and they claimed there was an issue with my billing address. I am stationed overseas with the military. They told me I had to use a billing address within the United States or the purchase would not go through even though my bank and the credit card company had allowed the charges to go through. I adjusted my billing address to be within the United States and they still rejected my purchase. I had made multiple purchases with the same address and billing info over the last couple years without any issues. I have tried calling and emailing to remedy the issue and they refuse to respond. The company founder, J** ********, claims he supports the military, yet his company refuses to do business with us while we're stationed overseas and even suggested that I utilize another website.

      This customer has been flagged for fraudulent orders and consequently cannot place orders from our direct website because he has been blacklisted. He has been refunded and explained to numerous times why he cannot place orders with us. The decision is final however.
