      I was very pleased with the PennyMac team, and the process was very efficient. Thirty days from application to funding, would have closed a week earlier if not for a delay verifying employment.

      The customer service and the process for a loan is exceptional. I highly recommend this company. You have a dedicated team that guides you through the process. They explain all your options allowing you to make an informed decision.

      I think PennyMac over charged me 84,000 for covid relief fund. Just to get back on track. Could anybody explain to me how that happened.

      If I would have known my loan was being bought by Pennymac I would have never bought my house. They are a joke and a scam. No one knows anything. When you call you get so many different answers and not one single one is the same answer. Had to send in an insurance claim check and was told they would send it right back. Still waiting for it and when I call they keep saying under review. When I ask to talk to that department they say they don’t have phones. Ask for a supervisor to call me and never get a call back. More damage being done while waiting for them to figure out if they are coming or going. If I could switch my loan I would no matter what it would costs. They are not here for the client at all.

      I hate PennyMac, had I known my lender was going to sell my mortgage to them I would have never used that lender. PennyMac is absolutely horrific! Their customer service is worse than any DMV I've ever had to deal with, they are dishonest, untrustworthy, have no integrity whatsoever, and abuse their clients. IF I had a way to move my mortgage I would do and pay good money to do so!
      The BBB should investigate them and possible begin a class action suit against them. I feel as though I am a victim of fraud as a result of my experiences with PennyMac. If I could leave a rating of 0 stars I would do so!

      This company is crap. I wish I had gone with another company. We closed towards the end of the month, was told that the next two months were no payments, which was great for us, we're doing home improvements. The next month begins, and they took out the mortgage payment from our account.
