  No pressure - Customer service at Vaultus Gold was excellent. All the people made it easy and an enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend them for anyone investing in gold with their IRA or 401k. They will walk you through the whole process and answer all your questions with absolutely no pressure.

  My experience with Vaultus Gold was exceptional. The IRA specialist I worked with was very knowledgeable and I can tell he really understands the precious metals markets. He provided me with all the information I needed. They asked me a few questions based on my goals in a custom built portfolio that was built for me and sent to me in writing. Most important to me, I feel like my best interest came first. The customer service was exceptional, and I would recommend Vaultus Gold to anyone.

  The service I received from several of the costumer service members of Vaultus Gold was second to none. They obviously care so much about their clients and their best interest, and you could tell by their attention to detail. If you are protecting your old 401k rollover and precious metals you can't do better then Vaultus Gold

  The best gold company I have ever dealt with. So professional and besides the best deal on gold and silver coins after shopping around Vaultus team was so helpful and friendly and went over everything with me and answered all my questions. I’ll never go anywhere else!!

  Vaultus Gold has an outstanding customer service team. From the moment I decided to do business with them and called them they handled all my inquiries like absolute professionals. They kept me updated on a daily basis and beyond that he assisted me with all the necessary actions. They also have a unique approach where they ask you a few questions that are simple and easy to understand based on the fact that a portfolio is built to achieve my goals. Truly a quality company that prioritizes excellent customer service without high-pressure sales people. I highly recommend doing business with them.

  Over the years I have invested in precious metals a few times. I never felt great about the investment it always seemed I was being force fed a product. Now with need to add precious metals to my portfolio, I researched several different companies, and it was simple to pick Vaultus Gold. I love that they have customer service staff and not sales people. I will definitely be making additional purchases soon. 5 stars to Vaultus Gold and my highest recommendation for anyone in the market for an investment in precious metals.

  This was our first time buying gold and we really didn't have much of an idea on how to go about it. The team and Vaultus Gold were great and walked through all of our options before deciding what was a good fit for our budget in our goals.   A+ is what I would give to Vaultus Gold. I am a teacher and what little I've been able to save in my retirement account is very important to my future. Vaultus Gold was knowledgeable, professional, patient, efficient and kind from my initial contact to the end of my purchase. This man really knows the business and I am most impressed with his knowledge as he gently walked me through the ins and outs of the whole process. I was given all the time I needed to make the best decision for myself. There was no pressure and the team never made me feel I had to do anything, they merely educated me and answered all my questions clearly and concisely.   Prior to my experience with Vaultus Gold, I hadn't invested in gold or silver before. After shopping around for a while, I found that Vaultus had the lowest prices. The service from all of the employees was awesome. T** was very patient and professional throughout the entire process, and helped me to become knowledgeable about investing in gold.
