5 starsI was referred to VaultUS Gold by a friend of mine who sent me the link to their website. I filled out the information and asked for them. Within a few minutes I received a call from Eric and he asked me a few basic questions. He sent me some information a few days later, followed up and walked me through the remaining steps and made me feel comfortable that I was working with right group. At no time did I ever feel pressured or swayed in one way or another but instead I was given all the details, asked a few questions and had a custom portfolio built suited to my needs. Calling Vaultus Gold was the best decision I could've made - Contacting Vaultus Gold was the best thing that I could've done. They patiently taught me a great deal about investing in metals and all of it all of the pros and cons. They were so patient never pushy in and allowed me to take my time to make the best decision for myself. They are always available on a phone call and provided me with all the written documentation that made me feel confident with my purchase. I can't think of how they could've done more. The proposal that Steve provided made sense and I never felt pressured.

Wonderful Experience
I was pleasantly surprised by how great my experience was with Vaultus Gold. I didn’t know anything about IRA rollovers or gold for that matter. A different kind of gold company - Vaultus Gold is just a different kind of company than the other gold companies that I called. Their approach made me feel comfortable and I knew I was getting a fair deal. I rolled over a portion of my 401k to a precious metals IRA with Vaultus Gold. The team and Vaultus Gold made it clear how things were going to happen and what to expect. I had several choices of companies to go with and ultimately choose Vaultus Gold because of their approach and no pressure sales approach. I would recommend Vaultus Gold to anyone looking to own precious metals. The team was professional, very knowledgeable, pleasant to work with and there was zero pressure because they didn't have sales people. I was pleasantly surprised by how great my experience was. I knew nothing about IRA rollovers but the team at Vaultus Gold, including Tom and Kate were so helpful at educating me from the ground up and the rest of the team were amazing during the rollover process. There’s no way I could've done this without them. I'm still no expert, but they gave me the information and tools that I needed to be confident in my purchase. But the main reason I chose Vaultus Gold is their approach. They only have customer service people that don’t work on commission, so you know you are getting a fair deal and that their recommendations are based on my needs, not on their commissions.Vaultus Gold
