    I have ordered and paid for custom made mag wheels from litespeed racing many months ago. When the wheels arrived they were very beautiful and apparently of high quality I must admit . Unfortunately the rear wheels were not the size I had specified . Although the wheels were not the size I paid for in good faith I attempted to determine if the wheels may fit anyway. Unfortunately the wheels are too wide and would rub on the cars frame . I contacted ******* at litespeed and he agreed to replace the too wide wheels with new wheels which would be of the size I ordered and paid for in full. To make a long story short , after numerous contacts with ******* the wheels have never shown up on the time frame I was given. Then my calls , texts and emails to the company have no longer been answered. I understand mistakes happen and understand custom made products often take longer to make due to the nature of manufacturing special sizes. These products were very expensive, and unfortunately for both parties I just could not accept rear wheels because they simply dont fit the car. *** called texted emailed multiple times now with no response . I have reached the point I need help either getting a refund or receiving the proper size wheels which have been paid in full . Its getting close to a year Ive been dealing with this and any help would appreciated.

    Litespeed Racing has actually responded to all of this customer's emails, but he did not see the latest email reply and then got worried that he was being scammed and filed a complaint with the BBB. His new wheels are almost ready, and he is now a happy customer, because he saw that we did indeed reply to him.
