I am very pleased with the service provided by salesperson Jordin ******. He was professional and provided helpful information about my project. He also assisted me with selecting the right product to match my other door and decor. He was on time and explained each step of the process which is always very important. I can't wait until I see the wall unit installed! Closet World will have it ready in 2 weeks! Right before the Holidays which is awesome!!Closet World

Terrible terrible company to deal with, especially in the ********* area. The so called managers and service team is useless.. long story short, will not stand by their products, will upset you garbage low grade parts for almost 300%, won't honor a warranty, and is nearly impossible to get actual call backs, except to tell you that "we'll need to look more into it and get back to you".. almost $15,000 into a closet and over a year of multiple calls, "fixes" upgrades, and still can't even get drawers to close correctly or line up. Today was the last straw when I was told that I'm passed the workmanship warranty, because it's taken them over a year to fix the issues. I've never dealt with a service based business that is so ********* your money and go to **** and get the better quality products for half the price, I wish every day that's the route I went, and will forever trash this company to every single homeowner I know until they make it right for what we spent.Closet World

The installation went smoothly and exceptionally well. Our installer ****** was so patient and extremely knowledgeable and professional. He answered all questions and concerns I had. It was a pleasure working with him. Our sales representative ***** ***** was very knowledgeable and showed a great deal of professionalism as well. They both made this install great. The team installing our garage cabinets and laundry cabinets was great. They listened to our concerns and did a good job. I want to particularly thank the closet world designer *******.
