I contacted ******* ***** for assistance getting a loved one out of Jail on Feb 1, 2025 he asked me that same day to send him $2,000.00 to start the Bail Process, additional payments came and went until the total $4,374.67. On Feb 17th since the Bail had no results I asked Mr. ***** to stop the bail process, he made me aware that it would take 14 business days for my refund to given to me not including weekends. I have since then contacted Mr. ***** on and off requesting an update or a document confirming me of my refund but he has just given me the run around. I need assistance obtaining my refund please.

I was looking into finding a bail bondsman to bail my boy friend out of jail. I got the info for Yung Hollywood Bail Bonds and contacted ************************* to bail my boyfriend out of jail. I filled out the application ******* sent me and we worked out a payment arrangement and I sent him $1,000 through Apple Pay and he said he was going to go get my boyfriend out the next morning. He never got my boyfriend out of jail and when I asked for my money back he said it would come in the form of a check and I could pick it up or it could be picked up the following Monday. I decided Id pick up the check. When I met him to pick up the check he said its dated the next day on the 11of June just to make sure the check would clear. So I gave it till the 12th and went to go cash the check the bank said the check is no good and I needed to contact the person who gave it to me to reissue a check because the bank will not Cash the check at all. So I contacted ******* and he said he was going to contact the bank and the bank said the money was still pending in his account and that the it should be able To cash the following day I told him I no longer want a check I wan t him to send me back the money the same way I sent it to him which was through Apple Pay because I dont have the time to Keep going back and forth to the bank and since that was how he accepted the money he should give it back the same way. He refused to give me his bail bonds license number or tell me what the surety company that is holding the refund. I wanted to get the name of the surety company so I could contact them my self and figure out how I can get my money back because he said that the money is no longer in his hands that the surety company has it and its on them that thier refunding the money to him and it is not him that is stalling that the money hasnt cleared from the surety company. He has yet to refund my money and when looking him up he has done this to anyone who has gave him money for bail.
