Classic bait & switch. Pressured to pay up front, promised one thing and delivered hazardous results. Unsafe stairs, no railings and lies and more lies.

As the project managers and the owners of RAA Construction Group, we were extremely humiliated this past Friday after the way we were spoken to by the homeowner. We did the scope of work that we were contracted to do. We were not contracted to do any rails or new rails, it was never discussed. We delivered everything that we agreed on in the contract. We gave multiple options on how to proceed and took the extra mile to cut your costs to keep you satisfied as our client. We are still awaiting your response.Melinda R
